This Family Dollar on Main Street in West Warwick, RI, across from Pike Street, is the best Family Dollar I've ever been to. The staff are always really nice and inviting. It's very rare that one of them doesn't pleasantly greet you when you walk in. They're always very helpful, know exactly where everything is, etc. I also like this specific Family Dollar because it's ALWAYS very clean, inside and outside too. The prices are not bad either. It's true that at The Dollar Store or Dollar General, you may pay a tiny bit less... but the products and product selection at Family Dollar is much, much better. I find the other store's products to be what I call 'cheesy', easily breakable, or just not good quality, at all, in general. I'm not what you'd call 'loaded' by ANY means. However, I WILL pay an extra .50 cents or so for the better product, from the better, much cleaner, much more organized store, and the pleasant staff is, of course an extra welcomed highlight. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & ?? from this gal, for sure!!

I went to Family Dollar today to return 2 items I purchased 2days ago,it was garland for our tree it didn't look as I wanted,I attempted to return it,with my receipt and was informed there is No returns on Christmas items!!! I might understand this after Christmas these 2 items cost me 10$ I find this policy very unfair and will never shop there again!! Furthermore they really need to tell there customers of this policy Before shopping!! Put up a sign or something!!Miss the former manager...he was always a pleasure to see and very accommodating to his customers

Nice modern clean and well organized Family Dollar. The store is very well laid out and things do not look as cramped as other dollar stores.I got some paper goods in here which were a really good deal.Their departments were all easy to find and the cashier was very pleasant.

This is the BEST and cleanest Family Dollar I have ever been to in my LIFE! There's no clutter all over the floor, there aren't things stacked down every isle that you have to move around. This is the best one, seriously. The parking lot is HUGE, if it snows they make sure you aren't struggling to get in and out. I just love it here. And to top it all off there's a man here named Steve, since the very first time I shopped here he was kind and so helpful. I was struggling with my bags and this angel literally brought my stuff to the car for me! Who does that anymore? And from then on, he always greets me genuinely ( also greets everyone else), but he jokes when he doesn't see me come in, he's such a sweetie. Please don't ever get rid of Steve he's literally one of my main reasons why I'll go here! Keep up the great work! Clean store and great customer service. Steve you rock!
