I went to Copy Cats to inquire about having something printed on a 3D printer. Although they don't do 3D printing, they were very helpful. They directed me to another business that does 3D printing.The staff was both professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back for printer repairs and large printing needs.

Moved to the area recently and needed ink; super nice guys! Great pricing and a little extra help with a plug that got lost in the move. Will use them for ALL my print and copy needs, you should too!! ??

Wow, Completely unprofessional! The guy I spoke with was high as a kite and smelled like weed! Another guy was bagging on the drums. My order was all messed up and the high guy couldn't connect the dots? My order was about twice what it was supposed to be, or would have been anywhere else! I just paid and left? Will never go back and will advise people to not even think about using them!

Was in from out of town and needed blueprint copies - fast! CopyCats were there in a pinch and quickly provided high quality copies of the prints. Appreciated their prompt and excellent service! Highly recommend.

All the good reviews on here must be from friends of the business. I went in to get one shirt printed for my daughters school project. I brought the shirt and the picture she wanted printed on it. After I paid the guy in the SnapBack said come back tomorrow at 3:30 (he let me choose the time to come back) I leave him while he was playing pinball on his desktop computer. I come back the next day right on time.....and he's STILL playing pinball on his computer. Probably only left his chair once to refill his vape pen. He looks at me and gives me an "oh s*** I forgot I have a job" look and rushes to grab the shirt and photo I had left him. He had not even started it. I'm standing in his store and he tells me it will take 15 min (which makes me wonder why they make you wait a day) Whatever so I go get a coffee and comeback 20 min later trying to give him extra time. AND HE'S BACK ON HIS COMPUTER PLAYING PINBALL. Like dejavu he sees me and panics to check on the shirt. The shirt at least made it to the printer this time. It Wasn't done yet. I waited in the store 10 more min and the final product was awful. 25 dollars for a crappy shirt cause SnapBack Mcpinball wizard couldn't do what he was supposed to do. My daughter still got an A on her project. I give this place an D- cause the stores name is the only thing that's trying.

Unfortunately we cant give more than two stars to copycats....there is too much stories to do things. I ended it up without a working printer after paying 1100.00....but that's what we get for buying used printer.
