Pro Associate Stephanie Evans was able to accommodate every detail with her expert knowledge, patience, and efficiency. It arrived the next morning! My entire experience with Cardi’s far exceeded my expectations. Emily was amazing, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and went over and above to insure that everything would be perfect. And it was! The two gentlemen who delivered my furniture were polite, respectful, meticulous and best of all they were hilarious!! Highly recommend!

I purchased an adjustable bed from Edward today. I very pleased with all the help he gave me on choosing the bed. It was great to have a sales person who is nice and knowledgeable.

We worked with a sales representative, Edward Spinella, to find a mattress for our daughter. We really did not know much about the different types of mattresses that are on the market nowadays, nor what is the best value mattress for our price range. Edward was very patient with us and provided a lot of useful knowledge about the different types/quality of mattresses. He made that shopping experience very easy and enjoyable.

I've chalked up my initially negative experience to the call center reps I worked with either being new or having a bad day but overall Cardi's deserves credit for how they worked with me to resolve this and honoring their protection plan by offering me a full out replacement where we essentially upgraded our old couch to a new one, only playing a slight difference. The best part was, the couch arrived before the holidays!

My experience with Cardi's Furniture has been nothing short of a catastrophe. I purchased a couch with a 5 year service plan that turned into an uncomfortable disaster within just 10 months—cushions went flat, causing the front board of the couch to dig into our thighs, making it nearly impossible to sit comfortably and causing unnecessary wear on the fabric. After multiple service calls, a technician ultimately revealed a manufacturing defect in the spring deck, and Cardi's solution was to remove the couch for repair without offering a loaner for my family or any compensation for the extreme inconvenience caused.
My attempt to escalate the issue by requesting a call back from a manager was utterly ignored for three weeks. Finally, when I spoke with Manager Alison, it was a jaw-dropping display of indifference. She not only refused assistance but also attempted to shift blame onto me, claiming I should have resolved the issue sooner—even though I had already called in multiple times and had multiple technicians misdiagnose the problem by just adding additional foam to each cushion.
To add insult to injury, Alison heartlessly scheduled the pick-up, leaving my family couch-less during the holidays, a time we're hosting. Cardi's Furniture has demonstrated a shocking lack of concern for customer satisfaction and a complete disregard for the defective products they sell.
I strongly caution anyone considering purchases from Cardi's—this company does not value its customers in the least. I will certainly be sharing my horrendous experience with everyone visiting during the holidays when they see our couch missing, ensuring they steer clear of Cardi's and the nightmare they put their customers through. Save yourself the headache and avoid Cardi's Furniture at all costs.

We were looking for a sleeper sofa and Connie was great in helping us decide on the Flex Steel brand. We love it! It is very good for my husband's back. We had a friend sleep over and he said the mattress was very comfortable. And it came in sooner than expected!

Order the $3,000 sofa last week and the sales woman is all confused as to my phone number... Doesn't have her brain together in the least and they can't Tell me for sure that it will be delivered as promised. You call customer service and you have to leave a message that tells you if you call again or email them more than once it will delay response. I get it
