We love Cabot House! Kandis is the best. We recently returned to RI has she helped us furnish our new home, she cares about who we are, how we live and has made stylish and practical recommendations. The Customized, personalized service is great, everyone in the showroom is so friendly. The delivery process is also so pleasant, Mary in distribution is great and every crew that has delivered to our home has been top notch! Can’t say enough good things.

We now love our master bedroom with the help of Kandis ! After a short stint with Covid we decided our MB needed a major update . Kandis was fantastic to work with . I went in to see her on multiple occasions and she had all the patience in the world and listened to what we liked and disliked. Cabot House furniture is really the best quality and Kandis's expertise and patience made the remodel even easier . Thank you Kandis for making our MB a dream !!

Both couches in my home plus my coffee table are from Cabot House. Two couches and a chair in my rental property are from there as well. My experience with Cabot house is consistently A+!!! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know customers and their design style. I have found excellent items on sale as well. I couldn’t be happier and will not but furniture anywhere else!!

Don’t be fooled by it’s curb appeal:) This store has it all. A beautiful showroom filled with great samples of hard to find brands newest collections and some of the best designers in the business(Melonie Lopes). I walked in needing everything, My circumstances are sad but thanks to Katie and Melonie I have managed to pull our new place together with all things I love. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

My fiancé and I purchased a beautiful dining room table, chairs and rug for our new home. Katie was incredibly helpful assisting us with design choices, which was all done by email, photos and telephone due to the pandemic. She even had samples dropped off to our house so we could see how they looked in our space. We are thrilled with our new dining room!

I'm so in love with my new table and chairs!! Catherine Pezzelli was so helpful and wonderful to work with!! She has a true artist's eye for color and design. I was so tired of looking at my old table and chairs during the quarantine. Catherine brought everything to my house and helped me make the right choice for my home. I’ve been shopping at Cabot house since 1998 and wouldn’t buy furniture anywhere else. Kandis and Katie are amazing! They take the time to understand my taste, lifestyle and budget before making recommendations. The quality of the furniture is outstanding - the kitchen set and leather chairs I purchased in 1998 still look great.

I recently had an exceptional experience at Cabot House in West Warwick, RI. This store is tucked away, and the facade is very unassuming. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of well-made furniture inside.I was blown away by the designer consultation. My husband and I received excellent guidance on how to pull our living room together, while staying within our stated budget. Katie provided some great ideas about our layout. She selected items that really enhanced our room, that I may not have chosen on my own.The consultation was followed by friendly, yet not overbearing, customer service. The delivery/installation of furniture was also swift and professional.I recommend asking for Katie if you are seeking designer guidance, or a great customer service experience.
