Came in for a negative battery terminal bolt. Was told they couldn’t just sell the bolt and that the unit was proprietary and had to buy the sensor and everything. Would have cost me around 130 dollars. “15 year experienced mechanic”. I was not paying 130 dollars because of a bolt. So had to do my own research and it didn’t take much. Auto zone, advanced auto parts and others had the bolt readily available on the shelf. Cost me 14 bucks instead of 130. Anyone one else with less knowledge or and elderly lady would have been given the run around and charged 130 dollars for a bolt. Do not recommend. The lady that sits all the way to the left also has a terrible attitude problem.

Do not buy a used car here. I saw some negative reviews before coming here myself, but I had hoped changes had been made. My husband and I purchased a used HRV. When we were test-driving the car, we couldn't seem to get CarPlay to work with the infotainment center. This was a factor in our decision, so we asked the sales rep if the HRV had this feature. He shared that yes, all HRVs after a certain year had the feature and that we simply couldn't get it to work because we didn't have a phone cord. We were looking at another HRV with a more expensive trim and we asked repeatedly about the difference between the two trims. He shared that the only difference was the moon roof and the heated, leather seats. We were then forced to write a check to "hold" the car even though we hadn't been shown our financial options because the finance person wasn't there. The check we wrote to "hold" the car was cashed before we were able to go back the next day. When we took the car home, we noticed that even with a cord, CarPlay would not work. We asked the rep who immediately said he had thought it was available and would double check. Now that we had the car home, the story changed. We could not return the car even though we were told misleading information and we were told that the dealership took no responsibility for giving us wrong information. After a lot of back and forth with absolutely no help, I simply asked if we could install a new infotainment center on our own, wondering if that would void the warranty that the car has. The general manager has decided not to reply to any of my emails asking this question. Go anywhere else. They do not care about you or the promises they make.

My son as a new driver was stuck with no steering and managed to stay safe thank the powers above
This place owes me a full refund
This could have ended very badly in bodily damage

By far the worst experience/customer service I have had with a dealership.
My parents purchased a Honda Pilot from Balise (from a salesman who doesn’t even work there anymore). They were told one monthly rate by the salesman only to later find out the rate was indeed higher.
Fast forward 1 month we noticed the Bluetooth would not stay connected to the phone and then the radio/audio would eventually stop working after driving for no more than 5 minutes.
I called into the service department to have the car looked at. They told my father there was a recall and that it would be fixed but we needed to leave the car. The car stayed with them a couple of days and we received a call that it was all set.
Once we received the car we noticed the problem was still occurring and so we made an appointment and brought the vehicle in once again. We waited a little over an hour past our appointment time just to be spoken to. They ensured us it would be taken care of and was given a loaner.
Fast forward to today I receive a distraught call from my parents informing me of the lack of professionalism and courtesy given at Balise Honda. We received the call last week to pick up the car which we were out of town for a funeral. I was told that the car was stripped, put back together, and the issue was resolved.
Today my parents had to make a drive to my youngest brother who is away at college and not even half way into their drive the radio/audio that we were told was fixed is indeed not fixed.
I do not understand how a car can continue to be sold in this condition. No one in 2024 will purchase a vehicle that does not have the standard Bluetooth audio feature. This is a feature that was included when the car was sold to us and now they can do nothing to help us.
This is truly disheartening and having to hear my parents completely discouraged and so unhappy with a car they purchased less than 6 months ago.
Balise Honda, please do better. Your customers deserve better.

I have never been treated worse. They don’t listen to you they don’t admit when they are wrong and they charge when they shouldn’t. The worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I have been pushed beyond the level of frustration. Because they did not listen and did not correctly diagnose the situation 10 months ago ( even after I told them what I was told by another mechanic -Midas) I am now outside of my extended warranty and will have to pay thousands to fix the problem in addition to yet another new set of tires in less than 12 months.
Update: in addition to all the above, they charged me for services NOT rendered. They did not align the car and they did not rotate tires. They did, however , charge for both. This place is truly the bottom of the barrel!

Side note - I was fearful of this second warranty visit with my 1 year new Honda CRV after trying another area dealer whose name begins with a letter later in the alphabet which took over 4 hours! They G argued about warranty service items and joked about car wash (which could add another tortuous hour)
Whew so thanx to Balise to restoring my faith in Honda (PS, I love my 2023 CRV Hybrid)

I stopped in here yesterday for an emergency transmission issue. I was in town for sports tournament and my car was having transmission issues. They were amazing. They took my car in for a few hours and fixed what needed to be remedied so I could drive the 3 hrs back home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you!!!
