If I could put zero stars, I would. This company used to be great, however they now no longer care about the average customer, they only care about their Jaguar & Land Rover contracts with dealerships. We had an appointment, dropped our car off to get fixed, received a rental and within 48 HRS they called stating they needed the rental back. I was told they would reschedule within a week or two and provide another rental, this was a flat out LIE. They never called, after several calls trying to make the follow up appointment, they kept repeating the same statement that they had more "Jaguars & Land Rovers" coming in from the dealership. The original rental agreement stated "return upon completion" but we were trusting and nice enough to bring it back and reschedule, all for them to NEVER reschedule or communicate at all. After more than (3) months after my last call to them and them not communicating at all, I called one final time to get the same answer as before, all while putting words in my mouth stating that they told me to go elsewhere after initially returning the rental (This is another LIE). They also told our insurance adjuster that "We never dropped off our vehicle" at the beginning of this entire process. As a second-generation customer I am absolutely appalled and strongly advise anyone to look elsewhere for automobile work. My father knew Arty and would be rolling over in his grave to find out how I was treated and how this company is now run.

I had planned on using this company’s services however after hearing how this company treats their employees I am utterly disgusted. I believe the woman from managements name is Kim I overheard. I felt so bad for this young woman she had been belittling and degrading in front of everyone and anyone. I truly hope you provide training on how to manage staff professionally. Needless to say I will not use nor refer this company solely based on ethics and morals which this woman Kim has absolutely none. Sad to say a company who treats their employees like they’re worthless is terrible. If I could give less than one star I would have.

My 2020 Range Rover Sport was rear-ended in accident and also had issues going on with the steering. Lisa / team at Pacheco made the whole repair process seamless, from dealing with insurance, dropping off a rental, repair, and returning my car once it was finished. The car looks brand new and I'm very satisfied with all aspects of their service.

Went to Lillies garage for oil change my car was ready in twenty minutes and I just made the appointment that weekend. He squeezed me in to make me happy. Great service at reasonable prices.

This did a great job fixing my Range Rover after an accident. Lisa coordinated everything directly with the other driver's insurance company and arranged to have a rental delivered to me at work and then to have my car brought back to me so I never actually had to go there. They were very communicative with updates via both email and text. It was totally painless and professional and my car came back fully service and looking great. Highly recommend.

Great body shop. 2020 was not the year for my jaguar xe. I had one at-fault accident and two not-at-faults, and in all 3 occasions Pacheco automotive took incredible care of my vehicle. They worked with me and promptly got me a rental car each time. They treat your car like it was their own, which is more than you can ask for. Big thank you to the whole team, especially Cassandra for always coordinating with me and going above and beyond, and Bob for transporting my car!

Goes above and beyond. The best body shop for your Land Rover! I needed a whole new front bumper. They not only replaced it, but detailed my whole car. It looks and feels brand new :)

Pacheco's is the best automotive shop in Rhode Island hands down. They are such a pleasure to work with and are honest and extremely helpful. My Range Rover needed a lot of work done and during it's time in the shop, they never cut any corners and make sure to do their job thoroughly and with integrity. Cassandra and the team are always a phone call away when we need them. Highly recommended & amazing company. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else.
