After getting fed up with the third degree from the guy on the phone I felt I couldn't trust this company. They want to send someone else over to inspect the job before even giving a quote. The job was to move a couch from the Thrift Store to my apartment less than one mile away. Won't use this company in the future.

I have moved quite a bit in my life and this is my 5th country but Arpin is the best moving experience I have ever had.They took care of everything, kept me informed, were proactive and the most important of all no surprise fees or costs.I will recommend Arpin for anyone looking to move internationally.

I was extremely pleased with our residential move with Arpin of Rhode Island. Tom provided the initial quote for the move which was professional, competitive & accurate. Gabrielle coordinated the timing of the move & answered our many questions with kindness & patience. We were able to get boxes from the facility free of charge which was extremely helpful. Communication was excellent. Everything was timely, no waiting & wondering. Our moving professionals - Ron, Nick, Pierre & Johnny - were awesome. They were so helpful, professional & careful during the entire move! We had absolutely no damage to our homes or our personal items. Everything ran so smoothly & there were no surprises! Following the move, they picked up all the boxes & packing paper for a very reasonable fee. I would not hesitate for one second to use the services of Arpin for any future needs. I can’t say enough good things about the people and services. If you’re moving, give them a call. You won’t be disappointed!!

Firstly, upon pulling into my driveway, they had run over a landscaping light and immediately denied doing so, regardless of leaving a tire track across the yard. I had packed and moved some stuff myself to try to keep costs down, but I felt these movers moved as slow as they could in order to charge as close to the estimate as possible. They took 1 hour and 15 minutes to pack, and almost 4 hours to unpack. Granted there was an elevator and hallway, 20 minutes per trip was executive. Not to mention being over charged for insurance of things I’d moved myself, and exaggerated drive time that included cleaning out the empty truck. I wouldn’t use these movers again. Though they’ve been a long time, they’re just as shady as any others.

The movers are beyond helpful, careful, and friendly. They really take care of all of your belongings, and if issues arise (at the border, at your residence, etc.) they are super helpful and quick to respond.
A special thanks to Jeanetter, the move coordinator who was assigned to me - she made all the headaches of moving overseas be effortless! Thank you!

I thank everyone from all the companies involved for all the hard work, much of it I'm not even aware of because it went so smoothly behind the lines. I cannot begin to imagine all the logistics involved in such a grand move with so many components in flux. Everyone performed their jobs flawlessly with professionalism.
I would recommend all of you to anyone planning to move. I cannot say enough good words - from the initial conversations and estimates to final delivery, everyone was friendly and helpful at all times. I was kept well-informed along the way and was always treated with patience and concern. That means so much in making such a major change in life.

Moving locally is stressful, but you can usually rely on word of mouth to find a reputable local moving company. Moving across the country is an entirely different situation. That is where Arpin comes in.
I've used Arpin to relocate from CA to GA and from GA to NV. Both times I was a private-pay customer. My representatives were friendly, incredibly responsive, and happy to answer questions over and over to address any anxiety about such a big move.
Each move included a review of the service options (I chose to have my items packed in their own crates) and an estimate of costs provided after a video walk-through of the home, and I was pleasantly surprised that my total weight was *less* than the estimate. They work with local vendors to pack your home, crate the items, transport them, and unload them. Instead of having to deal with multiple vendors, I had a single point of contact that kept me apprised every step of the way.
Relocating is incredibly stressful. I highly recommend Arpin if you are moving across the country.

I really appreciate recycling materials and being able to get used boxes for packing. Moving day was efficient and my furnishings were well-cared for. I have used Arpin for all my moves and highly recommend them.

Checked in to pickup a load going to Miami FL. Immediately told to back into a door. Went inside the warehouse and James Trimble load me asap. Another gentleman helped but I didn’t get his name. Speed and efficiency is second to none. Great job guys!Large space to maneuver a 53ft trailer and able to park overnight on site.

Great experience with the move! Team was friendly and professional. Easy process from beginning to end, from making appointment for the price quote with Customer Service, to the initial walk through for the price quote, to the end of the process of the movers showing up and moving. They were fast and efficient and even through a couple of deals/money off towards me and my Fiancé. I would highly recommend Arlin of Rhode Island to family and friends! Great Company!

Super professional - handled our furniture with care: wrapped in blankets, ramps on every step. The men were friendly, polite and took pride in their work.
