Terrible experience with this company. During the inspection, we found some problems with the septic system, and the previous homeowner made a contract with Mark last July, but it is still not completed. He said that it would take 2-3 days, but it was not started yet for 15 months. In addition, currently, he or his officer does not reply anything to me—really unprofessional and unkind company.
