“Just want to take a moment to thank the Coventry branch manager, Kyle, for taking such good care of me this week. I tried the online customer service support first, and after waiting 40 minutes, was not able to get any help. I called the Coventry branch, and Kyle stepped in and went above and beyond to help me out. He did everything he said he would do (including following up daily with me) to ensure my issue was resolved. In what would have otherwise been a very stressful situation, I felt very re-assured knowing he was keeping an eye out for me and would followup with everything he said he would do. I appreciate his professionalism, kindness, and understanding throughout it all. The absolute best customer service. Thanks again.”

“I'm so glad I switched to this bank. I've had no issues what so ever. I haven't gone inside this location but I have used to customer service reps on the phone at this location and at the atm. The service is always top notch and they listen and help. They don't make you feel terrible as other banks do they listen, and try to help you fix situations. Also I love that the atm's aren't just robot machines you can get a live person I think this is genius actually. The atms usually always seem to be working well. They have a big parking lot and enough atms here. I have no complaints anytime I have called my issue has been resolved. Making the switch from the trash across the street, has been the best decision ever!”
“I had an issue with my account and was having issues getting it resolved over the phone. I went to see Lindsey Reinhart at the Wyoming, RI location and she took the time out of her busy schedule to stop what she was doing and help me until the issue was resolved! Lindsey is also extremely friendly and personable. She is an excellent manager. By far this is the best location! I thank her for all her help!”
