They did the fix well, worked with my insurance, finished when they said they would, and were able to figure out my car rental situation for me (despite my insurance being a pain). Hopefully won’t need to return anytime soon, but if I ever need more body work done, I will absolutely be going here!”

“My car was hit in a parking lot by an unknown person. I like to support my hometown businesses, so I went to Hope Valley Auto Body for an estimate. It was impressive, in that it was very complete and consise. Our insurance company accepted it, and we booked the job with Jeff and Steve. They took care of everything. Arranged a rental car for me. The job was done much sooner than we expected, and it is PERFECT. These men KNOW what they are doing! They are perfectionists. When I picked my car up, I think they detailed it! It was spotless...inside and out. The rain beads up on my car, so I think they waxed it. The attention to detail was impressive. I am SO pleased, and highly recommend them and their work. “I made a bad decision and abandoned one of my older cars, it was picked up eventually by this towing company. They sent me a letter but i read it very late and would most likely of had to go to court for it. But when I got there they were very very understanding, and helped me out and made me ONLY pay the tow fee. They have literally saved me thousands of dollars and time in court, really cannot thank or recommend them enough. The man in the office at west warwick ave literally could not have been nicer, overall 11/10 experience, will for sure be recommending this company in the future. Thanks again guys :)”
