I would not recommend Alexis to anyone. She fraudulently entered the wrong zip code to lower my premium to keep me as a customer. I now owe Allstate $500 because of her error and fraud. I will be reporting her agency to the office of the Attorney General. Please look elsewhere. She also never responds to emails or voicemails. I have left a formal complaint with Allstate corporate.

Been calling the office for months with no response. I'm going to look for a new agent, possibly a new insurance company. This is very bad for business.

Allstate has been my insurer for close to 10 years. Alexis has always been so helpful and prompt with updating my policy information and spending time with me to review specifications.

I’ve been using Alexis McKnight Allstate for my homeowners insurance for 5 years now and although I’ve yet to have to file a claim , Alexis has been very accommodating with any questions or inquiries I might have had!

Bad agent sold me a horrible policy and when my rates jumped by $800 for a six month period I didn’t hear for her for two months wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone,with all her bad reviews like I told Allstate corporate how she even have a license to sell insurance

Ok if you never have to call them. They don't answer nor do they return phone calls. I had to call Allstate corporate to get my claim started.

In the beginning she gave me good customer service.Now she doesn’t answer phone call or answer emails.Go somewhere else.The minute I gave her five stars she ignored me as a customerI’ll start that I didn’t file any claim yet and hopefully I’ll never need to but so far Alexis is awesome great personality great service always responsive and always try to be fair and make sure you’re happy and satisfied very professional give answer for everything you need and asking about and the most important always doing it with a smile I wish more place will learn from her how to provide service to customers.I’ll mention I never give five stars well almost never because I think she deserve it.Good job Alexis.
