Emily was absolutely great and wonderful to work with. My husband can be very picky with picking out watches and she was super helpful in answering all of his questions. She pays very close attention to detail and there is no pressure with her. It's like shopping with one of your best friends. 10/10 would go back just to work with her.

Very rude service. They don't know what they are doing. Needs the manager to ok a service that you paid for and they can clearly see in the system. Never go to this place if you don't have too.

We had an amazing experience with Kim, Argenis, and Kate. They were so friendly, efficient, and patient while we picked our rings. Much different experience from other stores. Highly recommend. Will only use them for our jewelry needs.
