Cindy is the best! She begins targeting the area of pain and working out from there to the connecting tissues. I feel so much relief after two sessions and look forward to returning for more. Cindy also provided some exercises to continue loosening some tight areas. I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough!

I have been visiting Cindy for many years for massage therapy. She was able to work out issues I was having with my neck and shoulders for years, over the course of about two months.
