The red haired gentlemen was put off by having to "help" and said he doesn't have the 12point bolts we needed, though we purchased some a few months ago from them. He stated that those fasteners are only available through the OEM. Well, that's certainly not true so I must say NOT all the staff is knowledgeable.

If you have the option don't go there they tell you what you want to hear and then don't respond.thare are other fastener companies that have much better customer service. I have ordered multiple types of nuts and bolts and every time I ask I have they came in and I get no response seems like they just don't care.

would give more stars if possible called at 3:30 got bolts next day less than 1/2 of local guy thanks
