How can a pharmacy inside of a Walgreens just make their own hours and decide to close on weekends?!? So people that weren’t aware of this change in hours that have their medication sent here are just stuck and have to wait until Monday morning now to pick up medication they need?! Makes no sense and it’s completely inconvenient to any customer that uses this pharmacy! We will be switching to CVS after this! Completely unacceptable

I am always stopping in for everything at west shore rd Walgreens in Warwick RI, I spend ALOT of my money getting my cleaning supplies for my cleaning business and my medications and other necessities. I used to love coming in before work. Most of the employees were warm and friendly. But recently I’ve been seeing a guy named Connor who seems to be very bothered and unfriendly. There’s absolutely no warmth no personality he’s really rude and gets annoyed by helping me. I don’t know what I did so wrong coming in spending a lot of money there to get what I need. I’m so sorry but I will not be using Walgreens again because of him. I will be going to CVSwhereat least I’m not bothering employees and they aren’t annoyed helping me. If he doesn’t like helping people why does he even work there. Lighten up Connor you’re the first person I see on my way to work every morning and you hurt my feelings and you ruined my day.

This is my favorite Walgreens. Matt runs an amazing ship. The staff, including the pharmacy, is so kind and helpful. The store is always clean, bright and organized. I love shopping here!

Most of the employees are pleasant and nice but that guy dave (who does not run the store) is very loud and obnoxious. He yells profanity and offensive comments throughout the store while there are kids around. I have never seen him do any work he just follows around the actual person who runs the store, Matt, or he’s bothering one of the other employees while they try to work

Store is well organized and staff are incredibly friendly. Very professional team and overall always a good experience when I shop with them. Highly recommend, but be aware that their photo department has a higher tendency to be inactive due to their machines breaking a lot but otherwise a great store!

Clean location and people very professional just don't understand why pharmacy is closed from1 to 2pm daily, can't staff split lunch break as a convenience to your loyal customers?

Dave runs a great store and the employees are very professional. The store is well organized and very clean. Even the stores sidewalks are free of paper and trash. Overall an excellent Walgreens!

Pharmacy is completely screwed up! After being on hold 27 minutes I drove to the store and walked in with phone up to my ear. The phone said there were three callers ahead of me but none of the four people behind the counter were on the phone. At the counter they said the prescription I was looking for had not been called in. I left and I called the doctor who said he had sent the order at 9:15, he then sent the order again. I returned to the store and again was told there was no prescription. A second clerk checked the system and found both orders. It is now 45 minutes later and they still have not completed the order. After 63 minutes, two drives to the store and waiting in line twice, I was told my order was ready and to get in line a third time. Eventually I was called to the front and paid. No apologies for mistakenly telling me they had not received the order, for the 27 minutes on hold, the two trips to the store or the over one hour to count 60 pills. Changing pharmacy!!!

Do Not waste ur time with their photo dept. They cancelled my Xmas order and said it could be done at another location... Nope, not true. They are still waiting on a technician to "fix" their photo machines. With no date in sight. Look elsewhere. I wasted hours and hours listening to their lies. And the real truth is... they can't do anything, but they'll still take ur order and pretend they'll print it.

Scheduled a test, showed up at the time I was supposed to arrive to find out the pharmacy was closed because they didn’t have a pharmacist. Called 5 times before I got someone on the phone.

I needed a reciept for my purchase because it was through my company , im part of the rewards program and my reciepts usually go to my email but it didnt so I called and asked but walgreens said they couldnt retrieve it and there was nothing they could do so they gave me a number to corporate which they never answer and your on the phone for hours so it definitely wasnt a good experience
