I don’t use their pharmacy so I have no opinion on that part of the store. However their pick up service is phenomenal. Walgreens is usually “one hour pick up” for online orders but whenever I place an order for pick up, it’s ready within minutes. Today, my order was ready in 4 minutes.

horrible customer service i was treated unfairly!!! i called walgreens customer service complaint line and filed a complaint against the pharmacy dont waste your time going here.

Pharmacy staff is pretty rude. Checkout up from takes forever. Register freezes. They are a Fedex drop off point. A Fedex shipment I dropped off there was stolen by an employee.. This was confirmed by Fedex.

My favorite pharmacy that always has friendly help and my prescriptions when I need them. If they are out of stock, they work hard to make sure the customers are taken care of. A++

I am so disgusted with one particular worker in this store. My sister who frequents this store went in the other day and a supervisor (I'm not sure of her title) That was training another employee looked at my sister as she walked into the store and told the newest employee "I can't stand her". I don't know what prompted her to say this to my sister, as she has never done anything to warrant that behavior. This is unacceptable and has to be addressed!

Fine store location except they lost my disposable film, have no record it was ever dropped off and have made no effort to rectify the situation in the slightest. Has been over 1 month now and manager Joanne has only been able to tell me to “keep asking if it’s come in”. Fine for everything else but maybe drop film off elsewhere.

The pharmacy being open is hit or miss at the location on 1560 Warwick Ave, Warwick, RI due to staff shortages. Again on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 3:30 PM, it was closed. This is the sixth time over the last couple of months that the pharmacy can't maintain its posted business hours. If I can't pick up my filled prescriptions, it is time to switch to CVS. This review applies to the drive-thru as well as the inside. Great service if you visit and find the place is open.

You guys are horrible I'm on hold for over 45min to refill my meds and I'm the 2nd person in the queue. But you can call 3 times a day and fill my voice mail box with reminders but God forbid someone calls in to get help

Pharmacy is completely screwed up! After being on hold 27 minutes I drove to the store and walked in with phone up to my ear. The phone said there were three callers ahead of me but none of the four people behind the counter were on the phone. At the counter they said the prescription I was looking for had not been called in. I left and I called the doctor who said he had sent the order at 9:15, he then sent the order again. I returned to the store and again was told there was no prescription. A second clerk checked the system and found both orders. It is now 45 minutes later and they still have not completed the order. After 63 minutes, two drives to the store and waiting in line twice, I was told my order was ready and to get in line a third time. Eventually I was called to the front and paid. No apologies for mistakenly telling me they had not received the order, for the 27 minutes on hold, the two trips to the store or the over one hour to count 60 pills. Changing pharmacy!!!

Have called every single day this week to get my prescription filled, every day the automated system tells me it is ordered and will arrive tomorrow. Held for 53 minutes yesterday for someone to answer and start stuttering acting like they have a bad connection then laughing and hanging up.As I'm typing this review I've been on hold for 1 hour 37 minutes waiting for the pharmacy to answer to tell me what is going on with my medication.I would highly suggest using a different pharmacy. If you ever have a need to speak to their pharmacists enjoy sitting on hold for hours.
