Dropped off a disposable camera of photos from a family member’s wedding. The manager at the time seemed very annoyed that I was dropping it off and gave me a blank slip where she was supposed to have written the expected date for pickup. I called a few weeks later following up on the order and an associate names Amanda forgot to put me on hold before trash talking me and swearing and asking someone else to deal with me because she said she refused to do so. I was told that my pictures were ready for pickup by another manager who was thankfully very kind. I went to pick up my pictures and saw that they were not in fact the pictures from the wedding. The manager spent time calling Fuji to try to locate the photos but unfortunately they are gone and the camera is now nowhere to be found. I’ve been told that this is the first time that this has happened but I’m extremely frustrated that these photos are now gone with no potential next steps or follow-up. As a retail employee myself, I hope that Amanda can be taught how to be kind to others and understand that she does have to work with the public in her role. Please do not utilize the photo department here unless you are okay with your photo memories being completely lost. I chose Walgreens over CVS because their print quality is supposed to be better but this fact does not matter when the photos disappear anyway.

If you drive for a living and don’t know when you’re going to get called to deliver a trailer and you’re on methylphenidate then you know a schedule with doctor, pharmacy and work schedule is imperative. Of course being on this medication has proved more of a hassle than not and of course if I get only 70% of it filled due to the pharmacy not being in stock, having it sent to another pharmacy that has it in stock, having my doctor send it to this pharmacy who has it in stock so I can get the rest of it by this Thursday because I’m going to be gone for 9 days driving up and down the east coast. I spoke to a pharmacist here, have his name, he said they can do it. I followed the steps thru the app and they canceled the refill due to insurance. I just called explaining this and of course they “can’t” fill it till the 24th. The biggest issue is the stigma that comes with being on this medication. I’ve had 90% understanding pharmacist but this pharmacy and who ever I just spoke with doesn’t have that understanding voice. Just an attitude. Thank god for cvs

I've been going to this Walgreens for a while now but the pharmacy staff, most specifically Michael, have been phenomenal. To say he and the staff went above and beyond for me in a time of need would be an extreme understatement!

Worst pick up experience ever. I too work in retail where pick up is an option. I understand the hardships of staffing, ect- when I arrived at the store there was a cashier doing her role and 2 associates literally chatting in the aisle- when a manager was called she came out of the office and said 'we are short staffed'. Unfortunately for her management skills she was unable to figure out the basic concept of delegation or prioritization. She didnt even pretend to be apologetic. I ordered 2 small items. So next time you are looking to use this location for pick up, remember that 30 minutes translates to 3 hours.

Walked in to pick up a few items that most stores always seems to be out of. This location always has well stocked shelves and very Happy and Helpful staff. Today, there was a song on over the sound system and many of the staff were singing along to the song and put ALL THE CUSTOMERS in a VERY HAPPY MOOD,with big smiles and chiming in...probably the Best Visit I've encountered In ANY STORE since March, the beginning of Pandemic. ...What a Great Way to Welcome Customers who have dealt with somber faces and not so nice people over the past few stressful months. ...

I can go to any pharmacy, but Walgreens in Apponaug is the best. They are so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and always have what I need.
