The place has such a great selection of colors and is so clean I wish I could return. We had two pedi appointments and were rushed the second we walked through the door. We went to pick a color and the staff member stood hovering over us the whole time. She even grabbed my friends hand and painted a new nail when she decided we were taking too long to decide. It hadn’t even been two minutes and we were stressed the whole time. What is supposed to be a relaxing experience definitely wasn’t. Again great selection of colors but the stress was not worth it.Service: Pedicure

Great pedicure. Just wish as we had called ahead and made a reservation for 3 pedicures at the same time that we were able to all start our pedicures at the same time and be able to be seated next to each other. The staff was very nice though and did a great job.

I’ve gone here three times, and should have stopped after the first. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, since the reviews and recommendations have always said otherwise, but I should have trusted my instincts. My first gel mani ended with me having about 4 fingers bleeding due to the tech. I’m not an avid mani/pedi person but I literally never had this happen throughout all the years I’ve ever received one.The second time, two nails cut, again, and the polish chipped within days. The last time I went, on Monday, my tech was great (aside from one cut on one finger,) and did a great job with the mani. She put 4 coats on and the color was just what I wanted. I figured this was it, third time was a charm. But less than 24hrs later my light green end of summer mani started turning brown, and as of today, they are almost fully coated in brown. There are tons of reasons this can happen, but I’ve done not a thing different after receiving this one, meaning they have poor quality polish, or just techs who don’t know what they’re doing.Every time I’ve gone , the service has been great, but rushed. They clearly care more about the money than they do about the quality of service they are providing.Do yourself a service and go elsewhere. It’s not worth it to feel this bad about your nails within days of getting them done. Such a shame. I will not be returning.

I've gone here three times. The first time was for a full set, and it looked beautiful, but the polish and grinding down burned and the nails popped off after 5 days! The second time was for a pedicure. The person was very rude to me and my friend, removed the dead skin off one foot and completely neglected the other. When I told him I was unhappy because one of my feet wasn't done, he said that was all he could do. The third time I went today to give the pedicures another shot, and I waited an hour. I wish someone had just told me to come back another time, but when I tried to leave, they told me they were 'just finishing setting up' my pedicure spot, which wasn't true, as I waited another 15 minutes, and then just left. I ended up going to another salon and I'll probably skip this place from now on.

This place has gone down hill really bad. I came in three week ago for a mani, pedi. I called ahead and they told me to come in and there was no wait. Upon my arrival I had realized that was not the case (10 minute drive) I was rushed through my dip manicure and the lady doing my nails stopped several times to answer the phone, take appointments and was so aggressive. She cut the skin around my nails way to short I bled and the dip was so thick and looked terrible. She did not use fresh clean tools out of the package and didn't not understand me or care about my concerns. I finally spoke up and told her to slow down and to not make my nails so thick. She continued and disregarded my concerns. My nails started to split and cracked and barely lasted two weeks. My pedicure wasn't any better and I again felt rushed as a large number of scheduled clients came in. My toe nail polish started to flake off already after only 3 weeks, I've had toe nail polish last months for me. However, I figured it was an off day and gave them a second chance, which was my second and last mistake. Although the service was a little better I am not happy at all with the outcome. I didn't get the message or oil on my hands and cuticles. The dip manicure I recieved was thinner but started to crack on all my nails except thumbs. I will not be returning. It's really unfortunate that such a great place has become so horrible.

I really love vida. I recommend it to everyone and won’t get a pedicure anywhere else. However I have considered looking for a new place recently because no matter how busy they are, they never turn anyone away. I would rather be told the truth about the long wait. I made an appointment for me and my friends to get pedicures for my birthday… we had to be somewhere else a few hours after. They took me first and then it was too late and my friends ended up not having time for any service. I got a pedicure alone while my friends waited for me to be finished. Every time I have made an appointment with Vida, I end up waiting at least 15-20 minutes or more. They should honor their appointments more and don’t allow walk ins if they already have so many appointments. Or make it no appointments just walk-ins. It’s already hard for me to make time to go to the nail salon, so I don’t know if I’ll return since I feel that they don’t value clients time.

I was there for my Mother’s Day with my two kids. Paid $15 extra for gel on a $45 pedi for the paint to chip 3 days later. I also got an acrylic fill, the lady was so eager to point out I got my nails somewhere else. When she drilled my nails down it burned she did not care. My nails were shaped funny with random indents and paint peeling and she said this was normal because I did not get my nails done here. I have been getting acrylic longer than this girl probably has been working. I do not recommend overly priced and rude staff. I’ll spend my over $200 every two weeks somewhere that appreciates the business.

Favorite place to go for pedicures! Definitely recommend them. Have you ever gone to a place and felt like they did a half butt job? Well you won't be disappointed here. They take their time and don't rush through everything. You can relax and enjoy it. The atmosphere is really pretty too.

I came here a few times just to make sure I was making an appropriate review of the place. They treat black people like second class citizens and it’s pretty obvious when you come in. White women were serviced immediately and treated with kindness and respect and even refreshments while my friend and I were made to wait close to an hour with nothing of course. When we were finally serviced we were met with attitude and it seemed like they were rushing to get us out the door. Again I came here on more than one occasion and it was a very similar experience each time. If you’re brown or black would not recommend.Service: Pedicure

I have been to this place multiple times mostly for pedicures. Every time they do a great job. I had received a coupon from them before the holidays on their milk Honey pedicure it is a little pricey, so I never really thought about purchasing it in the past. But let me tell you it was amazing. It was by far the best pedicure I have ever had. My feet feel amazing still. I highly suggest to splurge on this you will not be disappointed.

Two days ago I went in for the first time for a French dip manicure. It was $65 with tips and the removal of my old dip. Anna did a great job and I am enjoying my set so far! Thank you!

I just tried Vida Nails & Spa for the first time and as soon as I walked in I was wowed by the bright, beautiful décor. I was immediately greeted by a pleasant, soft-spoken person who asked what services I would like. I said I would like a manicure and he escorted me to the polishes and asked me to select a color. There was no waiting and I sat down and the service began. The nail tech was very nice and also soft-spoken. He did a great job - exactly what I asked for. While I was getting my service, I was offered a complimentary neck massage but declined. I then was seated to dry and got a chance to really look around at the chandeliers and other décor. Everything was spotless. There was scented lotion and bottled water. I was very happy with everything and very relaxed. Highly recommended!Service: Manicure

(This was a walk in of 3 people and we immediately attended to) I got a gel manicure done by Lucy and Steven. Mrs. Lucy did the base colors while Steven did the the nail art and it came out amazing! My nails were awful and Mrs. Lucy took her time prepping my nails and making them look good. Steven took his time to make sure the nail art fit my nail perfectly and paid close attention to even the smallest detail on the reference image. Honestly my nails came out better than the reference image because of his attention to details. My friends also got their nails done and all of us had an amazing experience and couldn't stop talking about how great our nails came out. 3 customers and 3 successful outcomes. The price for mine was $65. $35 for the gel manicure and $30 for full hand nail art. If I had to give a complaint it would be that I hadn't found this place sooner.
