Best phone changeover ever .We were all skeptical about getting new phones and saving all of our data ?..We were treated to a very Relaxed atmosphere with a great rep Marcus who I can truly say knows his stuff for sure!! A true asset to this Verizon Store!! Great Experience and Marcus got us all through it without a glitch!! Thanks Again!

Sam has a friendly demeanor and was very thorough, professional, and patient when he helped me set up my daughter’s iPad.I’ve been to this Verizon store several times and was helped by different reps. The customer service experience has consistently been positive and would recommend this store.

I wish I could give it more but we spent like 5 hours trying to get service and visited the store twice.the last time my daughter was told she was going to get a gift card and well I was just happy we got out of there with cell service. They seem to work hard but this process should be easier

I had a fantastic experience at the Verizon store when I went in to upgrade my phone and get an Apple Watch. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with all my questions. He knew exactly what to do and got me all set up. I'm extremely grateful for the excellent service I received! Thank you, Josh and the Verizon team!
