I am a severely disabled person fighting a very bad sickness and I had a schedule pickup for the UPS to come to my house starting one day and make three attempts. They came two days in a row and claimed that they attempted to pick up my package but it was not ready. They did this yesterday today I literally said outside from 7:00 a.m. a.m. waiting and I go and check online and it said probably but made a second attack today and the package was not ready. I was sitting outside from 7:00 a.m. in the morning. Two days in a row I sit here and wait for nothing with a very bad illness and they lie and say that they come here.

Very poor service the Drivers are doing a great job but to try to call someone and get a hold of a person in the United States to talk to someone about holding off a delivery is impossible if UPS gets rid of the people in India and get rid of some of there useless managers and get more people working thing should get done the UPS customer definitely DOS NOT COME FIRST !!!!!!!!!

I paid 45 dollars for an item I overnighted needing to complete a job today. I was emailed that the item was arriving at 10:30am and had left the UPS facility in Warwick RI for delivery to Providence RI. I checked on tracking and it claimed the shipping address didn't exist.
When I finally got through to someone on the customer service line I was told there was no apt. # on the shipping address. Being it is a medical facility there was no apt#.
When I explained this and told them I needed the item I paid an extra 45 dollars for I was told that it was being made the highest priority (lol) and some one would reach out to me within the hour. 6 hours later I'm still waiting. Now good luck filing a claim to get my overnight fee refunded.
Spare me your AI generated apology and get me my F'n package.

UPS delivered my package to the wrong house, don’t know where it is, I tried calling the customer service line and they say there’s a problem and it won’t contect me to someone. This is ridiculous, 200 dollars gone and now my work is behind because they don’t know how to read an address!

This is why I don't go through UPS. First off I was supposed to get my package yesterday, and it requires a signature. No big deal I just wasn't there at the time because my updates said the package would arrive at 7pm . Again I know sometimes they can arrive at earlier or later times. What is frustrating is trying to get a hold of a live C.S rep. I've called three different times spoke with 3 different reps and they all had no clue what they were talking about about. The third rep was rushing me off of the phone and telling I can pick my package up at the UPS facility on plan way in Warwick. Mind you I live in North Smithfield so for me to make that drive would take me 30 minutes or so. I ask the rep is she certain my package i ah e been waiting for is absolutely there and no one is going to try and re deliver it. She says yes ma'am the package will be available for pick up at 9am at that location. So I leave my house and head to ups in Warwick just to waste 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back to be told that my package has been shipped out for delivery again. Another frustrating thing is the reps will tell me where my package, they'll say one thing but when I look on UPS website it tells me it's been dropped off at an access point location. I just want my package please !!!
