Scheduled a haircut for my wheelchair bound 94 yo aunt. Hannah cut her hair and did a marvelous job on her hair which hadn't been professionally cut in over a year. Why? Because we couldn't find a salon that was handicapped accessible. To say that this location met that need, would be an understatement. If you have accessibility issues this is a salon to consider.

I got there at 8:40 and they close and 9:00 and they locked the door and we tried to open the door and they laughed at us and did nothing we got in the car and called them and they did not answer. We watched them watch the phone ring and they did not answer, there website says open still. DO BETTER ULTA

It would be nice if the employees here didn't just stand around and gossip at the front of the store about people that don't view things the same way as them. Really annoying. No one cares about your friend that uses his boyfriend for his money. The salon here is even worse. As a seasoned hair stylist, giving horrid advice about hair care, makes me never want to come here again.

Lady at the hair counter Tuesday afternoon was very rude. Told me I couldn’t lift dark brown dye out of my hair, which is fine, but she was super snarky. She told me they don’t carry color oops and if I want to ruin my hair go to Sally’s. I did find the color oops in store and one round and all the dye came right out of my hair without any damage at all. Maybe if she listened she would’ve told me it would work. Now me and my friend go to a different Ulta.

Went to this store to inquire about an item. (The website said it was in stock at this store.)After searching for a bit, I walked over to a group of employees to ask where the item might be. They were rude, incompetent, and seemed more interested in their conversation than helping me..one person seemed completely put off by the fact that I wanted them to look in the back to see if they had the item. "Do you need it right now, or could you just buy it online," one of them asked me. I felt so uncomfortable that I left without making a purchase. Lazy, rude, and condescending is how I would describe the people that I interacted with at this store. Don't go here if you have questions about the merchandise.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have now been to multiple ulta beauties throughout RI and I get the same experience at every one. At checkout the employees start out very pleasant and welcoming until they ask for your phone number for rewards and you politely say “no thank you” ( as I’m sick of all the spam/robo calls and emails) as soon as you say “no thank you” their entire demeanor changes, they are no longer friendly and pleasant, their smile disappears and they respond in short clipped answers, bordering on being rude. As this has now happened at multiple stores in RI I can only assume this comes from management and needs to be addressed. I as a customer have the right to not give out my personal information and should not be treated differently for politely refusing to do so.

My friends and i went into an ulta today and we were suspected of theft. The employees were following us around talking about checking cameras and seeing which products were missing. My friends and i felt very uncomfortable as we were in fact NOT stealing. One employee asked us continuously if we needed any help. The woman gave us many menacing glares and her makeup was done awful for a beauty store employee. I am disappointed in this service as my friends and i are just young women (ultas target demographic mind you) making minimum wage trying to have a good night out at ulta. The store overall was clean and well organized and lit. But the employees were subpar. Do not go to the bald hill ulta.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My experience here was absolutely horrible. I felt so mistreated and ignored because of my nationality. THE MANAGER AUBRIN OR AUBURN, was so rude and had no empathy. Not sure how she even is a manager they should fire her. Literally disgusted with her lack of customer service.

I love Ulta's high-low mix of brands. I can buy premium eyeshadows and skincare on one side of the store, then get basic bath supplies and trusty drugstore brand products on the other (mascara, for example-- I've tried dozens and there's really not much difference between the expensive ones and the $8 ones). My one ask: PLEASE tone down the fragrance diffusing throughout the store. The perfume smell yesterday triggered a migraine. I doubt I'm the only one this happens to. Would have spent more time in the store otherwise.
