If you need a mechanic/tech that you can trust then this is the place..kenny the owner is allways there to help .prices are fair most importantly the work is done right the first time ...the mechanic/tech knows his job and does it well??..no complaints here.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. I had work done on my Jeep there and when the wrong parts where installed, and my Jeep was still not working right, I confronted the owner Kenny to fix the problem. He became violent, and combative, I am a 5 foot 2 women and he is a large man about 6 feet tall, He cursed and yelled so loud that my family came in to make sure I was ok. He not only put the wrong parts in my Jeep and then laughed about it, he over charged me by double. The worst part is after he finally replace the o2 senors, 6 months later the CAT he installed failed and he wouldn't honor the warranty. Do Not rent, or get your vehicle serviced here. I am still dealing with the issues this shop caused and would like to prevent any one else. To top it off, when I got my CAT replaced at another shop, we found out that the CAT they installed had been purposely damaged. Who does that!!! West Shore Service Center. Kenny the owner is not a nice guy. Be Aware.

Made a reservation for a truck and the moron at the shop wouldn't give me the truck because he “isn't the guy that does uhauls†showed him the reservation on my phone and he still wouldn't help me.
