I was working with the owner Jared, I went by with appointment and he showed me some of his work and I showed him what I wanted and he told me he will get me a quote by the end of the next day. Days led to weeks which led to now over a month and I have reached out multiple times speaking to him again also leaving messages. If the guy don’t want my money I’m okay with that but don’t drag people along when we are trying to pay for a service I will just go to another shop if you don’t want my money.

Brought my Ram TRX in for Jarred to do xpel ppf on the bedsides as well as doors (already had the front done) and he did a fantastic job. The trucks a year and a half old so needed some paint correction and it came out fantastic. On top of that you cannot even see any lines from the film, I honestly had to double check it was actually on there at first. I definitely recommend Jarred, their work is Top Notch - pun intended and their pricing is very fair. I will be back in the future!

The worst customer service I've ever experienced, from one guy. The other guy was amazing. Brought my car in for a detail, which they clearly did not want to do but i had a gift certificate. Didn't call me to tell me it would cost more than my gift certificate, and when I called a day later, yelled at me about the state of my car. I was willing to pay more, why are you mad at me? When I picked it up,
they broke my drivers side mirror, and they told me it was broken when it came in. Come on.

Just had them refresh the ceramic coating on my car. Great service, the car is spotless and looks like it just came out of the showroom.

Top Notch literally lives up to their name. I had my car fully wrapped in XPEL Stealth PPF, XPEL Fusion ceramic coating, and the windows tinted with XPEL Prime. My jaw dropped when I went to pick up my car. I’m a car enthusiast and I’ve had cars shipped to detailers hours away for this type of work. The work Jarred and his team do is on par with the best detail shops that I’ve seen on the east coast.The type of detailing that Top Notch does is a craft that needs to be mastered for years and years. The staff, the shop, and the products (XPEL) are all on the top level, gold standard. I’m so glad that there is a place like this in Rhode Island and there literally isn’t another shop in the state that can do work to this level. I’m legit never going to another shop now that I found Top Notch. Jarred is the owner/operator and he’s a super cool guy, the results he achieved for my car was amazing. The shop itself is impressive and immaculate.If you’re into cars, detailing, or just want to have your car look literally the best it ever could, go here. This is high end car detailing at it’s finest. Customer for life.

Good customer service, and affordable. Wish I had taken some before pictures but they did an amazing job. My car seats, seatbelt and arm rest were the dirtiest and needed a lot of work. Having a car with that color seat makes it’s hard to maintain especially with kids. These guys certainly did a great job…

Brought in my SUV for full front PPF film install and ceramic coating. I spoke with and met the owner Jarred. From the first conversation he walked me through all the available options and different combinations of services for paint protection of my vehicle. See set a date to bring my car in and service was completed right on time. The service was as the name states, Top Notch. I highly recommend bringing your car here.

We took our brand new car here for application of XPel Paint Protection film for the front end of our vehicle. Jarred, the owner, was super nice, professional and customer focused from the initial call to job completion. Top Notch stayed true to the initial quote and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Value for the film and his service was exceptional. The film on the vehicle is nearly invisible and the application was exacting. Perfect, which is how we describe the service, the end result and the business in general. Shop was very organized and clean. When we picked up the car, Jarred explained everything. Great warranty too. We highly recommend Top Notch Auto Detailing. You will not be disappointed!
