This vet is AMAZING. they are such great people and are amazing with my puppy. They are always so quick with medication she needs. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a affordable vet :)

Great place to bring your puppy or Adult dog, very friendly and most importantly professional and the services are reasonable, the place is very clean and have a variety of pet foods and pet friendly can't complain, great service.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Titan Veterinary Clinic on Airport Road and Veterinary Emergency Group on Bald Hill Road for their exceptional service regarding our pet, Tiger. Their professionalism and courtesy during a difficult time were truly commendable. The seamless collaboration between the two establishments ensured Tiger's final hours were as comfortable as possible, and we were treated with compassion and kindness. Their dedication to their work is truly remarkable. We gratefully acknowledge the love and support shown to our family from theirs. Love our family.

I called Titan Veterinary Services on Friday about Cody’s eye problem. They made an appt for 30 minutes later. They are all very caring and compassionate.

Not sure how this place is still running with the way they handle things over there. Unfortunately I took my Great Dane to get cherry eye surgery and the wrong stitching was used, not only was it too thick for the eye but it was sticking out and poking his cornea causing it to turn blue/foggy. I ended up having to take him to eye care for animals because the Vets at Titan were sure his eye looked fine to them. Luckily the specialist at eye care saved him from losing his eye sight and were shocked at the type of stiches used for that area. My Great Dane also had a procedure done here called Gastropexy for him NOT to get “bloat” but they did such a horrible job he ended up passing away from bloat very soon after. Place is a hot mess and very careless, please don’t bring your pets here.

Long wait to get an appointment. If you have to cancel no matter what the reason they impose a no-show fee of $65. Unfortunately when you provide them with the reason in that you tried calling three times to cancel the appointment only to be put on hold numerous times along with sending an email to cancel the appointment and reschedule it speaks to a lack of understanding that probably coincides with some of the negative reviews and experiences here. They are not a bad place but they have no customer service and hide behind the COVID wall when it comes to answering the phones and getting back to people. There are much better options out there

We take all of our dogs here. Great doctors, great staff, and respectable prices. I like a vet clinic where they remember me and my dogs, and where I don't have to spend $500. to walk in the door! The vets are really good; so caring, and the staff have been wonderful when we have suffered the loss of our pups. Plus they keep them healthy and happy the rest of the time and don't break the bank.

Updating my review to 1 star. I tried booking an appointment in the app in June. Never received a confirmation email or phone call. I figured they were busy and I didn’t get the appointment. Requested an appointment this past weekend; desk girl calls me this morning (Monday). She tells me that if I want an appointment I need to put down a deposit because I “no showed” at my June appointment. WHAT? I never got an email or call saying I had an appointment!! Which I told her and her response was that “oh usually they do call and leave a message”. Well nobody did and now they want to penalize me for their mistake? I went here for years, stopped when I moved out of state. Now I’m back in RI and I will never use this clinic again. Moving on to a new one that actually respects their customers :)

I have been coming here for close to 10 years. The compassion, kindness, understanding and flexibility of ALL staff there has been amazing. I would highly recommend Titan if you are looking for a vet.

Was thinking about my dog today who died in the hands of Titan Vet Services in Warwick. I took her in for her regular shots .. she had a few fatty tumors that I asked them to leave alone. Instead they poked prodded and took pieces of them .. causing her immense stress -- without my permission. I was there with my sister. My dog started seizing right in the lobby and died right in front of me. They had the AUDACITY to ask me to pay for the appointment after they killed my dog. This place is TRASH.
On top of that .. while she was seizing and they were not able to help her .. they rushed her to my sisters car as if we were expected to rush to the hospital with her. Not sure what their goal was. This was years ago .. but today I miss my boxer Angie and thought to look at their google reviews. At the time I left a longer review on yelp .. but wanted to make sure the most accurate info was on google as well.
Titan Vet is a horrible place .. find any other vet.

I bring my Shih Tzu Oreo to this vet since he was a puppy (around six years) and I have no complains about that. I actually live 40 minutes away and still haven't change vets as I have no complains. Last week my dog had a procedure and had to stay overnight, and I would like to thank Susan for being so caring and kind. She took my dog under her wing and I am sure he did not feel alone during the time he was there.
Susan I appreciate you making the difference and going the extra mile for these animals.
**I wish you guys had a bigger parking lot**
