Worst customer service and extreneky rude associate and manager. I shopped online for some cat food and did order pick up in store. when I got home almost 25 miles away, cat food was short by few cans while I was charged for the full order. Called up their customer service and both the associate on desk and the manager totally refused to help. They admitted that the person who counted the cans messed up the order but there was no easy way to fix it or refund the money to my online order. They were extremely rude and unapologetic about something that was entirely their store's fault.

Not only have I worked here & have had a horrible experience that was YEARS ago. But I come here & try to exchange a box of diapers that was bought here & am told I'm not able to because of not having a receipt. Im also with my 9 month old baby & he sits in the carriage & I couldn't wipe the carriage down or use any hand sanitizers, this target is completely trash, they're disgusting there employees are trash. I went to use the family rest room & one of the trash ass employees were chilling in there while I needed to change my kids diaper. Im beyond irritated that I can't even go into a store anymore & exchange something for a different size & super disgusted that they can't change their trashes or reload up there wipes, disinfectant & hand sanitizer. I sure as shit hopes the CDC or someone comes in & checks out this store & sees how trashy it looks. Not a good look for y'all. Trust I'll get you more shitty reviews. - the pissed off mom who couldn't exchange her damn diapers.

I was in Rhode Island two weeks ago and it was a cold spell. I only brought tshirts and now it's 45 degrees. What's a Southern dude to do? I headed to Target in hopes of finding something warm. In the men's department, I not only found a decent selection of warm wear on the clearance rack, found a discounted hoodie for $20! And in a pretty cool color. Easy to pay for it at the self-check out where the price rang up properly and I was on my way. Well done, Target! [Review 15283 overall, 785 of 2021, number 46 in Rhode Island.]

Had to go the other day to pick up a gift that was out of stock at my local Target and had what was probably the WORST customer service experience of my life. All of the staff in electronics were rude and unprofessional, on their cell phones rather than helping customers with their masks down below their noses. When I asked one employee for help he literally rolled his eyes and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. He did not offer me the correct product, or a protection plan for it, or even a bag that actually fit what I had purchased. I will literally never set foot in this store again. Disgusted.

Refuse to refund difference sterilite storage containers bought five at 12.99.walnart was, 9 50.lost receipt put on credit card got nowhere called corporate would not help. They are 35 percent higher on storage containers

I show up for a late night target run and I'm looking for so many important things for a project I need to make for my sons school tomorrow of course hahaha... So I'm looking and I find the one person who saves the day and his name is Darwin!!! This worker went above and beyond to help me find diapers that weren't on the floor and clothes pins and then he found some clothes pins but then they weren't the right ones but then he went off and found some other ones all on his own that were perfect!! Dude this guy killed it all while he continued to stalk! I'd hire this kid in a minute for anything!! Usually I have a huge problem with this target because there return people do not try at all and don't care but dude Darwin took my 3 star to a 5!!

Tried speaking to sales department looking for unicorn apparel for my daughter and her birthday party. Spoke to specialty sales leader, Erin, (briefly) as she was very unprofessional. She did not want to take the time to speak to me after I asked her what kind of unicorn stuff they may have and she proceeded to hang up on me. Not happy! Going elsewhere for my daughter as she deserves the best!

You have to carry your crappy expensive shopping way far to the parking lot without the cart!!! And they will cheat you with your tagged prices when you check out as different price. Beware.

Worst Target in the world!! A bunch of morons! Condescending idiots with s*** for brains!!!! Purchased specific hot wheels that took a while to pick out, along with 100$ worth of other things.. was told you're all set have a nice day by the sloth that cashed me out.. only to go home to find the most time consuming purchase I made was not in my car! Call back and they say they have the bag and it will be waiting at guest services for me. Only to go there with my baby to find out they "misplaced" my bag and I can pick out four other ones... oh glorious! Can I please waste some more time at this nightmare of a place!!! Never ever going back this isn't the first time this has happened! I have had a target card for 9 years but lately the place has completely gone to hell! Done.

This review is just for the Starbucks in the store. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, hands down. The wait is always incredibly long. They are severely understaffed. The place is consistently messy. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is baaaad.

This is not my go to target , but if I'm going to Warwick Mall I usually park at the target end so I can get a close spot. Guiding yourself through this store is always like a maze it's always very chaotic , and it's just always all over the place. I never see an associate around to help , and there's always lines out the door , never enough employees. They finally added registers at both entrances but it's self service and if you have tons of things it's a hassle. They run out of stock quick , and I just get a bit annoyed when I need help and nobody is ever around I have to go look for help. The have a Starbucks in this location I haven't tried it out yet but they have it with seating area. Also since the bathrooms are for everyone and anyone in the mall as well tons of people are in and out of here constantly the bathrooms getting dirty and quick, the upkeep of the bathrooms could be better. I only come to this location if I'm in warwick mall otherwise I stay away.

I love that you can pretty much buy everything you need (and don't need!) here. The only thing that is sometimes frustrating is that they often don't have enough people at registers when you're checking out.

This store is so badly managed. I go in there in the am when they open. They have an employee meeting every morning. This meeting makes paying customers walk around a cluster of twenty workers or so. It also adds three or four minutes to your trip: due to them blocking the main isle of the store. Then the store opens at eight am. At eight twenty you are trying to cash out, and the manager has not booted the registers up ( even self check out). They have not had a gallon of spring water in a month. I buy Poland Springs. I have asked six different employees. Every one has giving me a different answer. It's been a month and no spring water. They have had their bootleg "purified" water. This place is run like a bad carnival.

I'm in RI on business and staying through the weekend for a wedding. Automatic 3 stars...The store was pretty standard for the popular big box store and I found 2 of my items pretty quickly. However on going to the multicultural hair section I automatically thought I was in the wrong section. To say the shelves were bare is an understatement and what was there in what they called the "multicultural" section was dismal. No edge control, brushes, combs, hair bonets, the list is endless. I have always loved Target and what they offer across the board but this was truly disappointing. There are African-American, Portuguese and Dominican ethnic origins in Rhode Island (Warwick) so where are my products!!!!!! Pictures are being added.
