Been having problems with no calls coming in, inability to send texts, etc. for more than one year with three separate new phones!!!!. NO HELP FROM T-MOBILE. Been with them since late 1980s. They refuse to address issue. Horrible service. Switching to Verizon.

I worked with Brandon. He was very friendly. He helped me with a purchase of samsung watch ⌚️ for myself and a Apple watch for my daughter for Christmas. The store was very inviting, cheerful, and inviting. Thank you Brandon and Matt for your great service.

Loyal T-Mobile customer was appalled by how rude, confrontational and cocky manager James was when I told him Bruce the sales guy was loud, talking over us and interrupting when I was trying to ask a simple question about the phone’s functionality. Tried to sell me a phone that wasn’t ESim compatible lying about it and then tried to cover up by saying T-Mobile doesn’t allow customers to use Esims while traveling abroad. I hope regional manager Mark Pacheco is reading these reviews and can help return this store to the good days of friendly customer service. #hopefull

The staff is here A+. Every person we worked with was helpful, nice and knew their stuff.Doesn't mean we still didn't have to jump through hoops to get some things done. Multiple trips to the store, calls to customer service, etc. But like I said, not to the fault of the staff, they were great.

I was pretty mad and this store should be bad mouthing me. All and all it wasn't their fault. I probably wouldn't have been as pissed though if I didn't hear how customers were talked about after a phone call or leaving the store. I heard the word "idiot" thrown around. It you get helped with employees hypnotized by their new gadgets. The arrogance in cell phone stores I've never understood. Its like any smug cell store with kids in their early 20's. I was in sales at Verizon and its entey level but its good place to learn what not to do in your future career. Especially if your young and want to make commission. Sales is customer service and vise versa. Save the chit chat for when they arent customers in the store listening and lounge in the back.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Bruce at T-Mobile on Bald Hill Rd. Took my boys in today for their upgrades and while we were in and out pretty fast the biggest win was getting Bruce as our sales associate. He was professional, funny, efficient and honestly just an absolute joy. Thank you for making our visit in so enjoyable!

Waited for a while to get help, when I finally got help after waiting more than 30 minutes, I wasn’t able to upgrade my phone. The T-mobile worker said they couldn’t upgrade my phone because it was pass 7 pm and they don’t do upgrades because apparently it takes a while to do it. Well, I didn’t see a sign anywhere in the store or website that said you can’t upgrade phones past 7 pm.This kind of stuff doesn’t happen in Texas at their T-mobile stores. By the way it was not the first time I tried to upgrade my phone at this store last time their system was having an issue so I was not able to upgrade my phone.

I went in to close my account with T-mobile (nothing they did wrong, I'm having billing issues with my current carrier that have to get cleared up before I can make a full switch). It took a while to get it resolved, but Matthew was a genuinely cool dude, helpful, and let me stay in the store while on the phone with customer support to get it closed. When I'm finally done with all things AT&T, I will happily come back to that store, and I hope I get to give my sale to Matthew.

Had a bad experience at the T-Mobile store nearest us. The representative made up answers to our questions instead of saying he didn’t know or try to look it up. Notably, he said there is no T-Mobile cell service in Australia, which is incorrect.This store had that highest ratings in the area, so we went there. Samantha is exceptionally knowledgeable! She knew almost all the answers to our questions off the top of her head and quickly looked up the one she wasn’t sure about. She guided us through the many conversion options. Compared to our prior 6 GB US-ONLY plan, we now have world-wide unlimited data, free Netflix, free Apple TV, better (though non-guaranteed) upgrade options, free AAA auto membership, guaranteed rates (including taxes and fees), and more for $20 LESS per month (under the Age 55+ rates) than AT&T.And Samantha’s customer service is wonderful. We were getting SMS instead of iMessage on our phones. I unsuccessfully tried the T-Mobile app and chat-bot before heading into the store. Samantha fixed it in about 15 seconds.Better price and great service! Wish we had converted sooner!

Customer service is a complete 10 out of 10. Any time I have walked in with a problem, or need, they have exceeded expectations here. Convenient hours, and location, and very informative.
