as soon as you open the doors it smells like a high school gym locker room. why are the doors closed!? the first rep asked if we needed help than went back to assisting someone else so we had to start process over with another rep. very slow, very pushy, needs air freshener.

I was ready to walk out Antonio was good then he passed me onto CHESKA she had a pus on a bad attitude. Her energy was pure negative. She told me that my own account I was not authorized ( my company name is the same ) only my wife and daughter were ( are you kidding ? ) She doesn’t belong working there at counter !! In the end thank God the assistant manager Inicea was so nice and big smile , so helpful and professional!!!!I heard CHESKA say she wanted to go home , because she didn’t make any sales !!So my stars ⭐️ are mixed 0 for CHESKA and 5 for the other 2

I have a great guy at T-Mobile Antonio Warwick Mall he had a lot of patience he went way beyond helping me I thought what a great guy he was like that with every customer very nice professional. Thankyou so much Antonio TMobile

I got my 5g home internet gateway from the store located at 400 Bald Hill Rd in Warwick.Very knowledgeable and friendy people working in the store.I have tried every internet provider over the years in Rhode Island. Always had problems of some kind.But T-Mobile 5 g home internet gateway is the best. I've had T-Mobile now for over a year. Great price, good speeds, I'm very satisified. Try it you will definitely be satisfied.Keep up the good work T-Mobile.NR Jr

I stopped by T-Mobile today to get a new phone and plan. Service was efficient, but VERY slow. I only went to T-Mobile because AT&T (also in the mall) didn't have the phone I needed. My experiences with AT&T have been way faster. The staff were nice, friendly, and they assisted me in putting a screen protector and case on my phone which I really appreciated.

All I can say about T-Mobile is that most of the employees need customer service training. I went into the store to inquire about a watch I wanted to add onto my account. I was told to come back another day because they were "too busy". Not a place to go.
