We met Heather when we were getting ideas for our bathrooms, we consider ourselves lucky to have found her. She was absolutely wonderful. We gave her our thoughts and she seemed to know exactly what we needed/wanted right away. Her plans were perfect for all the subs to follow, any problems that came up (and there were many) were solved quickly. Photos of both bathrooms are attached. Recently I reached out to Supply New England in Warwick RI so I could have a kitchen design done by Christina B. I have been a contractor since the mid 80’s and have completed countless kitchen installations. Over the years, I have had multiple designers but none quite like Christina. She is incredibly knowledgeable and her designs always fit perfectly. She is pleasant and professional. If anyone is looking for an amazing design expert and a pleasant experience, I encourage you to pay Christina a visit. Additionally, all of the staff at the Warwick location at the contractor sales department are knowledgeable and pleasant. In the unlikely event that tech support is necessary, it’s a comforting feeling that Nancy in tech support will be pleasant, knowledgeable and there to help.

Love this place! Ryan helped me with my bathroom remodeling and also helped my husband find a boiler specialist to update our heating system. Always so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We won't go anywhere else!

Horrible experience. Stood around waiting forever to get a furnace part, nobody wanted to help me or even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. Rude ignorant employees that only care about commercial customers. Never will be back. Walked right out.

I worked with Dana on a new construction project, it was a full kitchen as well as 2 1/2 bathrooms. Dana was extremely knowledgeable about the products they offer and working diligently to ensure we understood everything we were getting. I have since recommended Dana to several people including my mother.

My husband and I recently went in to Supply New England. We had the pleasure of working with Jason Long. He was so informative and honest with us. We went in to purchase a new toilet. He walked us through the various types and explained the differences. He was not pushy at all. We left purchasing a whole new trim kit and shower head as well for our shower as well as the toilet. He could not have been more professional. Would definitely recommend Jason and Supply New England.
