I found exactly what I was looking for right up front. The cashier was friendly, making the experience even better. I also used the mobile app, which is super easy and convenient. Overall, a great shopping experience!

I had a good experience buying a desk chair. Selection was good and although the first store didn't have the model I picked out on the sales floor, they were available at another store nearby.

This place is a 'mixed bag' as far as trying to write a review. The store is large, wide, clear aisles and has a generous amount of parking out front. There is plenty of stock in many areas. Social media influencer in need of a light ring? They have those. Need office furniture? They have a pretty big selection. Files? Paper? Laundry detergent? Canned air? Basically most everything you could want to organize or run a business is here. Five stars for inventory. The other side of that coin is there is no one available to help. You have to wander around the store and hope you stumble upon what you are looking for. Yes, there are signs, but under what category do you shelf a 'ring light' for example? Is the water cooler under 'water' 'cooler' 'office equipment'? One person was working the print area. We didn't bother them, they were busy. The one person at the register was surly. We all have bad days, but this person was not an example of customer facing professionalism. Didn't speak unless absolutely necessary and that was just the spiel corporate tells them to say. We needed a large cart to move a box from the back of the store. He just pointed to the regular shopping carts. At check out there was no interaction other than 'do you want insurance'. So zero stars for customer service. Not a big deal. They have a nice selection and if we are looking for something they carry we'll stop in again. It just would have been nice to share a bit of friendly interaction with a fellow human being but, whatever.

I use the print services here regularly for my clients and the staff is always helpful! Even in a pinch they are always accommodating, fast, accurate, and have great customer service! For a big box store, they operate similar to a small business with care and customer service.

I go to this store often to print and laminate pictures of loved ones, and when I went today around 2 PM, I got Sunny (mostly shaved head with a greenish blue bang, also has glasses), as my cashier. I showed her a physical picture that she herself printed for me back in June, and I said I would like for the photo I was emailing to be the exact same size. I described it as wallet sized, then I asked her to please measure it, so she took it and did it with no problem, then returned shortly after.A few minutes pass by, and she hands me a picture that is twice the size of what I asked for. I firmly but politely show her proof it's bigger than what I requested, laying the exact picture I gave as reference on top of the one she had printed.She gives me attitude, saying "I made it wallet sized", as if I didn't show her exactly what I was hoping for. I once again point out it is twice the size of what I requested.Sunny, continuing her rude disposition, says "Okay... so not wallet sized, then" in the cadence of a spiteful teenager, then tossed the inaccurately sized picture away with no apology or sense of remorse. I was clearly a nuisance to her.A few minutes passed and I got my picture done properly, then I promptly paid and left the store.I understand that things can get lost in communication pretty easily with customer service, but again, she physically measured what I asked for then did what she wanted anyway. Very bizarre.

Terrible service I tried to get him to pay attention to me because I needed a print and he completely ignored me. The person in charge of the prints left me waiting for 15 minutes standing in front and never paid attention to me Terrible customer service I do not recommend going there
