On behalf of my friend, Suzie, who came in around the end of January to obtain a memorial plaque for her little dog, Fernee who passed away 9/23/23, and another one for Minky Mings, she could not have received more generous, kind hearted and compassionate treatment. Jim Bosco went above and beyond to serve her. When she offered payment, Jim told Suzie that he did children and pets for free. Outstanding.

Shane Awards did an awesome job working with a local college student-run club client to compile several different types of awards (catalog and in-house made) under 1 month from info gathering to products in-hand. Everything is exactly as discussed and better than I could've imagined. Service, Communication, Product, and Location could not have been matched by anyone else.***For any group in RI looking to provide a local business with the opportunity to showcase their skills and professionalism I highly recommend Shane Awards Inc over online competitors.***

I would like to express my gratitude to everyone at Shane Awards for getting the plaque and the nameplate to Toll Gate High School in time for the awards ceremony. I ordered the materials for my husband’s scholarship - the Stephen Chrabaszcz Memorial Scholarship - several weeks prior to the event. The plaque was made and sent to Toll Gate, but somehow it did not arrive at the school. I checked back several times with Shane Awards to explain that the materials had not arrived. Without even telling me, they created a new plaque and sent it over at the last minute so that the recipient would have it for the ceremony. This award means a great deal to my family, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the hard work and effort that they put in to make sure the recipient had this plaque on that special night. Thank you again for your effort and understanding.

I can't say enough about how incredible the service this business provides. Absolutely exceptional. The owner is a really nice guy and went above and beyond to help with a mistake made from an online order made with a different trophy company. He fixed the problem while I waited and refused to charge me. This was my first visit to Shane awards but not my last. He has definitely earned my business. I order over 500 trophies and medals a year and will now only order from Shane awards. Thank you for the great service!!!

If you need a plaque, award, desk name plate, trophy, or any type of inscription designed/created Shane's awards is the place to go. I have had several items made and everything has come out perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful- highly recommend!
