I love this location but it was SOOOOOO COLD. The manager told me it was the highest she could put it but I was unable to stay in and finish shopping. I was freezing! Corporate should let the locations put the heat up to a tolerable temperature. So upset, I usually come in weekly.

Awful staff. Completely ignored my existance when i walked in and was not asked if i needed any help at all. When i asked the woman with the glasses and gray hair for help she told me she was too busy so I then proceeded to ask for the manager and the manager was no where to be found. It was very unwelcoming , unprofessional & unorganized. Treat others how you would like to be treated , it’s that simple. Sally’s needs a whole new management .

Been a customer of this location for over 20yrs now. I've seen the employees come and go. I've seen changes be made throughout the store. But today is officially the last time I will ever shop here.The older woman (grey hair, glasses, smart mouth) that "helped" me today was rude and dismissive. I asked for a specific item. I even mentioned where it was located everytime I've ever purchased it. Instead of saying we no longer carry this item, she rudely pointed me around the store to non relevant areas and couldn't be bothered to actually assist. Mind you, there was 1 other customer in the store.not sure why she was so quick to dismiss.The prices are outrageous now. Professional product prices for non professional products. The new card program is nonsense/waste of time/a scam.Left empty handed and annoyed.Do better Sally Beauty!!!!!

My wife likes this place. I am just the chauffeur and carryall. The people are pleasant and knowledgeable.

Unfortunately, I don't plan to be back to this location. I feel bad for the counter person who wasn't able to fix wrongly priced items or handle returns, having to ask their manager to leave their break in order to help. Manager was clearly frustrated and even heavily set the scanner down on the counter and complained (not necessarily to me, just to herself), after I said it was fine not to include the clearance item that rang incorrectly multiple times. Many shelves did not have tags, lots of inventory carts in the aisles, didn't have Henna colors (maybe Sally's just didn't carry it anymore though). Also awkward to overhead the staff taking rudely about a customer that just left. Probably just in a staff transition period, but not worth the trip for me in the future...

Amazing store and staff. I will never go to another Sally’s store. Every time I go in someone helps me, and never the same employee so whoever does the hiring great job! Thank you for being great!

Employee was very helpful; after he was done with a customer, he helped me look for nail tools and other things that I needed for an at-home manicure!

Very helpful staff! We're able to answer all my questions, and even had in stock a product brand that I didn't even know they carried! Very happy with my experience and purchases there. This is definitely my favorite Sally's that I've been to! ?

I went to this store last week. One of the employees approached me to see if I needed help and she was super nice. When one of my items rang up overpriced, her whole demeanor changed when I brought it to her attention. She was very cocky. I told her I wasn't trying to be difficult, the item just over rang. Very snotty, she said, "Well what price did I tell you it was?" Then she says, "Does $7.50 sound right to you?!" OMG, total transformation of personalities here, in a matter of minutes. It was like I was dealing w/ Jekyll and Hyde at this point. Then, after I was cashed out, I noticed my gel polish rang up for $10.99 instead of $9 dollars and change. I went to look at the polish again to make sure it was $9 and change, which it was. So again, I bring this to her attention and she says, well the price recently went up, but I don't have the new tags yet. I said, well the sign says 9 and change, so that's what I should pay. She said, yeah, I'll credit you. (still acting like a j***** Then, she walks over to the polish to supposedly look at the price. I went back over there too and the price now said $10.99. I said, you just changed that price, that is not what the tag said! She completely denied it and said that she didn't change it and that she would still credit me. I said, you know what, I am all set w/ this place and I left. I will never go there again!! By the way, if you encounter this Jekyll and Hyde, she has two different colors of hair and tattoos on her arms. I could not believe the change in her attitude and the lying...that was it for me!!
