The floor staff is incredible but some small efforts on the part of management would make a huge difference.Get a scale (I constantly hear people asking if you have a scale, get one)Put out a water bowl for your ‘customers’Provide or at minimum make available to purchase, rubber brushes for the self serve dog wash.

Glad they moved to a new location still in Warwick. Also super excited for the self wash stations. No longer have to drive to Kingston or East Providence from Warwick for their wash stations. I know a native ri complaint. Intrigued by the open air stalls though. Definitely will try the wash station one day. They still carry all of varieties of treats and frozen dog foods.

I’m in LOVE with the self-service dog bathing station. It’s amazing. $16 for members or $25 non-members. Super easy to be a member just give them your phone number and name. They give you shampoo/conditioner of your choice, you get to use a small/big tub, high velocity blow dryer, and you have access to any brushes, cleaners, towels, and deodorizers at the station. My fluff ball was so clean when I left! A thousand times better than I could do at home. 100% recommend

Great place to with You could take your dog there and give them a bath very clean and sanitary especially the new warwick location next door to The Tesla dealership.

Rumford Pet is the best pet store in town. The employees are always super helpful and friendly. I have 3 cats and Tony and Kayla are always willing to help me find products and are always accommodating. They are the best! And the products are more affordable than many other places. Also, I love the fact that every four or five trips there, I am able to save even more money because of points that add up. And Tony and Kayla as well as the others, always make sure I get my discount! It's like "CHEERS', where everyone knows your name! A great place to shop!

Used the self wash station for my Rottweiler & had such a great experience. I've been to SW stations before that give you a max of 30 mins to get in & out but for large breed owners thats barely enough time to get the shampoo out! Haha. $14 for shampoo & conditioner ($12 if you bring your own) and they have sooo many different options for you to chose the best one that fits your pups needs. The young women at the counter were very helpful & were so sweet to my Django bear! They also have a rewards where after the 5th wash , your next one is free! Will def be back next month for another bath. Thank you ladies!

My favorite store to get everything I need for my dogs including their food. Thanks to the manager I was educated on a better brand than I was feeding them which ultimately helped with some health issues. Great staff and great store. Thank you so much!!

Terrible Terrible customer service. I have tried to not do this but I'm fed up. Several times, I have purchased sale items and every time, I am overcharged. Most recently, I was discussing this with the young "supervisor" at the register who informed that I should announce the prices to the cashier. Thats not MY job. This "supervisor" was also snide about my purchase of expired items. If they are not good, then why are you selling them?? Another time, I wanted to use a coupon on a sale item and was told that I could not. When I contacted the manufacturer, I was informed that this should not be the case. Walmart has more quality items and better prices. That's where I'll go from now on.

They no longer sell the food I was feeding my dogs.
