Disgusting customer service! Would not use if they were the last agency on earth! Office Manager Kimberly is the rudest person I have ever come across. I called twice in 1 month, each time very rude, will not answer any of my questions, and the second time I was yelled at to "go somewhere else" and then was hung up on. Mr Bolton, how are you ok with letting someone this rude and horrible represent your business??

My family and I have been grateful customers of Robert Bolton and team for decades. I never thought we would need insurance, but one does it. Well, 35 years later, we had a massive accident. I was stunned and confused, and Bolton and team, and Allstate have been terrific. Professionally and personally. They do noble work! Thank you!

Trying calling and emailing never returned any calls. Have been dealing with winter storm damage and not once they called to see how to resolve issues. Allstate and all its associates are not very understanding always looking ways to deflect your concerns to outsourcing agents that only look out for their own interests. Stay always..
