They are way over priced. Prices went up even more when weed dispensary moved to Bald Hill Rd. Greedy! You would think the employees got commission because they upsell and tell lies like Vaporesso isn’t making Xros 3 anymore. I told the employee strange because Vaporesso website is selling them. He was speechless. I’ve purchased a mod and they switched and gave me the display which had no cord! All liars. Go to Sunshine vape they have better prices.

They are content selling defective merchandise and not replacing it while also charging the most for vapes in the area. Would not recommend going here

The pricing of the disposable inventory is absolutely absurd pretty much any vape they carry in inventory can be purchased for nearly half price with a short drive or practically a quarter of the price online
I definitely would not recommend buying anything fron this store if you value your wallet in the least bit. A very greedy store..

I’ve had to start ordering my juices online though another vendor because they never have anything in stock. The staff is great and the store is nice and clean, but whoever is doing the ordering needs to realize that they’re losing a lot of business by not ordering what people actually want to buy.

This was my first time visiting RI e-cig and vapes and Justin helped me out. He was super friendly and informative as helped me pick out a new vaporesso xros pro and some juice for it. They have an extensive selection of flavors and other goodies for the casual to serious vapers. I will definitely be back soon to try some new flavors! This place is a must visit!

This place has really gone downhill the last few months. Whoever is doing the ordering needs some help because they're consistently out of product (juice and pods). If it's the owner (who I've never once seen in the store) - let your staff tell you what the customers want. Some of the staff are excellent but a couple of them couldn't care less and/or don't know the products. I asked for a specific pack of pods and when I got home I realized they gave me the complete wrong ones cause they were out of what I wanted. That's not the way to do business. I've also purchased a few bottles in the last 3 months that were melted shut and completely impossible to open. I've been a loyal customer for two years but I know there are other places that carry what I need when I need it. They used to have the best prices around but not anymore. Just overall not the spot it used to be. I'm hoping they get back to where they were soon.

Service is going down hill. In the past month i have purchased a bottle of juice that was only half full. Last night i purchased coils told him the ones i use, and instead of telling me they didnt have it just gave me whatever he felt like. Brought it in today to get the ones i wanted but they dont have them. No refund was offer
