We were pointed in the right direction in looking for a reclining sofa and loveseat, without pressing us, Debra was very informative and helpful and able to get us a quick delivery date, and also recommended Dave who was quick and efficient on removing our old couch.

From the moment I walked into Raymour & Flanigan I felt welcomed. I met Sean right away he showed me what I was interested in looking at. I wasn't quite ready to make a purchase, as I was waiting for a move in date and he understood. When I was ready to purchase Sean was right there helping me every step of the way. First of all...Raymour & Flanigan Furniture offerings are the best quality available. The salesperson we spoke with (Shawn Cundy from the Warwick, RI store) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made our experience a worthwhile one for sure. There don't use high-pressure sales tactics. I will not hesitate to recommend Raymour & Flanigan (and especially Shawn Cundy) to my friends and relatives. Great customer service, easy delivery, and quality merchandise. Now that's a recipe for success in my opinion! Keep up the good work.

I went into raymour and flanigan yesterday in hopes of finding the perfect sofa for my home. I had searched multiple furniture stores in Warwick Rhode Island, and each one had pressured me into thinking they found the perfect one for me but when I walked into raymour and flanigan I was greeted by a young gentleman named Felix. He noticed I was having some difficulty walking and he offered to push me around in a wheelchair. I was absolutely blown away at his kindness and concern . After explaining to him exactly what I was looking for he took me over to the section of the store and found me the perfect sofa that I had been seeking.
I can't say enough good things about Felix and I would recommend people to go to raymour and flanigan first to find exactly what they're looking for and make sure to ask for Felix by name.

I just had a wonderful experience at raymour and flanigan in Warwick Rhode Island. The sales associate a young man Felix was so personable patient understanding listen to my needs and guiding me to exactly what I was looking for. There was no high sales pressure he was just a wonderful person to engage with. Highly recommend anybody that goes into raymour and flanigan in Warwick to ask for Felix. Thank you Felix for everything you've done for us.

We had a great experience shopping at the R&F Warwick store. We bought a beautiful sofa, and Izzy helped us put together a dining room set using the table from one set and chairs from another. Everything was delivered today and looks great in our new home.
