I was charged 4x for a security fee when I never even stayed there. They still owe me the refund from the booking and the $ they chargedRooms: I've been there before and the rooms are beautiful.

I used it for parking, I called when I got my bag at baggage claim and they were there within 10 minutes And drove us right to the back of the parking lot where our cars were parked, definitely recommend

Just because you update the front of the building you still have homeless people staying there carrying knifes. No wonder Police are crawling all over the place.The Property Manager is just 1 of many owners who is an idiot.Thinks he is all that Employees doing drugs while on duty!STUPID

I stayed there for a couple of days and we did not receive any towels they did not come to clean the room and I was very disappointed they took all the carpeting out and had hardwood floors put in there is no sink in the bathroom is outside of the bathroom they're also removed all of the tubs and raise their prices which I've never seen in my life it's a horrible place to stay .

The Staff was very welcome and helpful! The bathroom was remodeled.Cons: The new sink was new but too small to put your things. Also, no towel rack nor towels near the bath sink. Sink is separated from the shower.

stay away from this hotel, everything is broken, there are only 1 ice machine 3 broken, no breakfast, no restaurant, they use renovation as an excuse for everything. but the only ice machine that is working its right in tbe hall where they are supposed to be renovating. but there was no work being done while I was there. the two guys that work nights are very nasty especially the black guys, he sits there playing his video game, so he has no time to answer any questions. his exact words is that I don’t repeat my self. the young lady in the morning is nice, but everyone is program to say the reason why we don't have this or that is because of renovation. the phone in my room does work try calling front desk and was unable to get through. I use my cell phone and call but still no one answer. oh no wifi in this building don't work, that why I was calling front desk, but didn't get any answers. no matter what the price is it doesn't worth it. go somewhere else please. I'm looking for another hotel as I'm writing this review.

Got 2 rooms in our stay, one for my family and another for my sister and her husband.1.The lady at the front desk was very rude and had such a horrible attitude.2.My sisters room had a few things that weren’t working well such as the shower, the fire detector beeping all the time, and the safety on the door which was dangerous for her baby. Initially they refused to change her room, and only after my husband spoke for the 2nd time they changed my sister to a different room.3.We stayed for 4 days in which no one came and clean the room, we asked for our room to be cleaned and after they said they would clean it we came back to the hotel to find out that no one came to clean….. I mean how discussing could that be ? 4 days and no one even changed the trash bags… we ended up calling and complaining and taking all the trash ourselves….4. Elevators where extremely dirty - smelled like alchohol, there was a party in the hotel the night before and next day no one had clean the elevators…..5.We literally had to go and ask for new towels and bring them back to our room by ourselves……-There’s nothing worst that staying at a hotel which is not cheap and getting a horrible service from staff to the being at a no clean place.I don’t recommend this hotel at all ! There are cheaper options with more pleasant staff. If you can stay away from this hotel do so ….. it is definitely not a good place to stay ….We will never book this hotel again.We deeply regret staying here.

Vinnie the van driver will take you just about anywhere! He’s a hoot and nice guy! The check in ladies are super nice too. The room was modern and clean. I was left to enjoy my solitude but thoroughly enjoyed Vinnie’s company while knitting outside on the benches. Great deals to be had here! Buses stop right in front which is helpful and saves you money from taking an Uber.

My room was not clean. The floors were dirty and had someone else’s hair on it. Hall ways and rooms smelled of smoke. I was very disappointed as I expected more from Radisson. The hotel is being remodeled but it needs a deep refurbishing. Wouldn’t stay here again.
