“We love the place we've been going there for over 20 years. Our families go there as well. Always easy in ,easy out access. For the most part, it is small. But at the same time, they make it work much better than anywhere else. very comfortable Environment. Owner is a blast, somewhat temperamental, but always a good..egg. . “I can only comment on the propane refill service as, that is all I used.I drove into the parking lot and easily found the propane service area. I went inside to let the staff know I was there and paid for my refill.Within minutes a female staff member was at the propane tank quickly filling up my tank.I would say overall it took about ten minutes - I would come here for propane again. Price was slightly cheaper than my usual place.”

“Overall the process of renting a 10 foot truck was relatively straight forward at the East Providence/ Broadway U-Haul. I was able to make and then modify the reservation online, and/or over the phone. When I showed up, I was able to do the paperwork relatively quickly. The young man who helped me was pleasant, but I think he could have come out briefly to the truck with me to go over a few things like how to open and lock the sliding door to the storage area of the truck, where to tie things down, how to operate the AC, how the gas cap just opens manually, etc. I was able to figure them out, but it should be a regular courtesy part of the rental.”

“Both the person who assisted at pickup and the person at drop off were excellent and helpful. At pickup I had originally planned for a trailer but my lights receptacle wasn't working so the gentleman quickly helped get me into a nice 10 foot box truck instead. I plan on coming back to have my lighting fixed and do business here again when needed.”
