We came in worried about what we could afford, and in need of a good family car. Rami was so helpful, pointed us in exactly the right direction, and worked with us to make the process easy. Let me tell you I had met George for the first time because my husband seen a truck on his lot he was looking to buy. I walked in there and he went above & beyond for me trying to get us financed. He spent a good time trying to get us the best option. But because of my car we just paid off hadn't show up in my credit report we were not able to buy the truck.But because of George's exceptional service I definitely would recommend dealing with him.A true gentlemen and not just another salesman that's trying to make a sale.So thank you George.And his dog Remi is so sweet

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester back in March of 2022. Prime Auto had to replace the transmission under their warranty. Since then with in a year I've had to replace the radiator, drive shaft, ball joints and knuckle. When I tried to reach out to the office last summer I was told the person I was working with, George was on vacation. I since emailed twice never heard back. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Me and my dad, purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this group. And we only had it sense March, yet it’s broken down every month that we’ve owned it. I would never buy a vehicle from the group and suggest others do the same. We thought this was a very good deal, and a nice Jeep. But they lied about the engine swap, they never checked the Jeep of it needed anything as it leaks oil and had many issues. This thing should of never been on that lot. If they make you sign any paper with no warranty, don’t do it.

Went there to look at one car fell in love with a Different one priced was reasonable. He got me approved in mins gave me a list of things to bring. Brought the stuff an hour later I was signing the paper for my car. He allowed my mechanic to look at it with me and the car was absolutely clean. I’ve bought a lot of cars and this was one of the fastest most productive companies I’ve worked with. 10 out of 10 recommend. Honest dealer.
