“It's a great little neighborhood post office. The staff is courteous and professional, but occasionally, the wait is a bit long. But, no longer than most Post Offices. Parking is limited to the street, but normally it's a quick in and out.”
“Out of all the negative reviews, I think the opposite. This postal service is the absolute best. Terris helped me with the process of my passport and making sure I get it on time and he was very understanding professional and explained everything well. His customer service is phenomenal! I will definitely recommend anyone that needs to get their passport or renew it to come to this office as they are well-trained and can help you through everything. Thank you, Terris!”

“I'm new to Rhode Island and was passing through this area. I needed to drop off a package and get a receipt. The staff member was very nice and efficient, making the process quick and easy. The building is beautiful too. Plenty of on-street parking. Overall, a great experience!”
