Considering what you spend on their furniture they are not easy to deal with and customer service is awful. I bought a table 2 months ago and I was told the pillows for the chairs were going to be delivered within 2 weeks, it has been 2 months now...

Avoid this store. My husband and I went to Porch and Patio the first week of May to see Polywood items (it was listed as one of their showrooms). We had an idea of the items we were going to purchase but wanted to see them in person, sit in them, etc.One of their sale reps, Gina, showed us the different items and then reported she could place our order for us. We mentioned how we had a tight timeline do to a Memorial Day weekend party and wanted to make sure their timeline would be similar to Polywoods (4-5 business days). She reported that their listed timeline isn't accurate and it would be a little bit longer than that. After placing the order we followed up a little over a week later to ask for the tracking information. Gina let us know the lead time was 2-4 weeks but didn't share additional order details.Almost 2-weeks later we reached out again and asked for the tracking information. Gina didn't respond with the tracking information and just provided the ETA date (6/7). Needless to say we didn't receive our furniture until 6/16 - a month + from our order date.We loved the furniture but there was one item we wanted to exchange for a different color. Polywood has an amazing return policy so I contacted them directly. They said they are more than happy to process a return to Porch and Patio - they often process returns to third party sellers. When I reached out to Gina she reported our order was special and they can't process a return. I asked that she reach out to a manager. She reported that the owner wasn't able to accept an exchange or return (this was after another follow up on my end).We spent over $9,000 on our purchases from Porch and Patio. It's disappointing that there is nothing they are willing to do to ensure customers are happy with their purchase. Also, there was nothing "special" about our order - no custom details, etc.Porch and Patio definitely doesn't live up to their company's mission posted on their website: "We value our customers and make their satisfaction our top priority."If you are ordering Polywood I would 100% order from Polywood directly. You WILL receive your item within the estimated time posted on their website - for us it was 4 business days. In addition, you will have amazing customer service that allows for returns for 30 days.

We spent about two days in the showroom of Porch and Patio. We originally intended to purchase wicker, but the teak that they had on display was beautiful. The prices on our furniture set were similar to prices online, and our preference was to shop local. The staff were great, the showroom is excellent, and we are incredibly happy with the results. Also, they had everything we needed in stock, which was amazing as we bought ten pieces or so.

I dislike having to write this but I have no choice. We purchased a patio set in late April at the Mystic store and picked it the following week at the Warwick store. The table was missing the hardware and could not be assembled. After multiple calls to each store we received the hardware four weeks later. When we picked up the patio set in Warwick, we liked the set so much we ordered an additional piece. We were told that it would be in in about 3-4 weeks. It is now 5 weeks later and we still do not have the piece. A call to the Warwick store generated no apology nor a sufficient reason other than, "we'll call the manufacturer". Our goal was to have the first set in place on the patio for Fathers Day. That did not happen. Now were are hoping for July 4th. How can a business operate in this fashion? I'm sure they will blame this on the manufacturer. How hard would it have been to keep us informed instead of us having to call the store on multiple occasions? Customer service? I believe it is non-existent. Update: 7 weeks and counting. You'd think we'd get a phone call. No customer service at all! They are blaming it on the product manufacturer... Polywood. Why carry the product if the company can't deliver?

I wanted to share my beautiful pool house photos. I bought this furniture recently and just had it delivered. The store is beautiful, the staff is excellent and I couldn't be happier. I live an hour away and it was worth the trip! I would definitely recommend this store.

I don’t often write store reviews but my recent experience with Porch and Patio in Warwick, RI is worthy of my time to share how superior this store is to others in the area that sell outdoor furniture! The staff is not only knowledgeable and professional but respected that I was overwhelmed by the amount of in-stock furniture that was available for purchase and allowed me to wander the sales floor without putting any sales pressure on me. In the end, I selected just what I wanted and know that the quality of my purchase will last for many years to come.

My In Laws and I were in the market for Patio Furniture for our Condo in Florida. We decided this weekend to do some browsing at different stores in the area. Without naming the stores, the inventory was the same at each location. Nothing seemed to stand out. Until our last stop of the weekend. Our final stop was to Porch and Patio in Warwick. It was extremely busy, being a Sunday and early Summer season with the heat seeming to be a motivator for shopping. We were greeted by a friendly young man, Michael. We told him what we were looking for and he set us in the direction of options of interest to us. He also stated that the store was busy and he will be back with us as soon as he could. Understanding the nature of the business, we thanked him and were off to shop. We made it to the 2nd floor and met one of the owners, Carla who was very friendly and extremely helpful. She was with customers at the time, but took a moment to answer a few questions. We thanked her and continued on. There are 3 floors of beautiful furniture and the store was not lacking in options!! We took our time browsing through the store. This is a beautiful locations and anyone interested should keep an afternoon clear for shopping here!! My In-Laws took pictures of pieces they were interested in purchasing. We met with Michael again once he was finished with the customers he was working with. He assisted us with our purchase order and we were extremely impressed with his knowledge of the furniture, and his professionalism for such a young man. He did his best to get us a satisfactory delivery and shipping date to our Condo. It definitely took time Sunday but it was well worth it in the end. What I would really like people to know is this: if you are shopping for quality furniture and willing to pay for quality pieces, we strongly recommend Porch and Patio in Warwick. It was great to see a business as busy as they were on Sunday, especially in this economy. Also, expect to spend some time here as the process of choosing the right furniture, fabric and accessories to fit your home will take some time. I had no idea there was as much involved in the purchasing process as there is. My Mother-in-Law sat in every chair and on every glider in the store! She had more fun wandering around and browsing than a kid in a toy store!Enjoy the experience and take your time. It will be well worth your time!!
