I broke the E key on my laptop and stopped in to TP Computer to see if they could help. They were able to fix it on the spot, two days before Christmas, and didn't even charge me a dime. They're now my go-to for computer support when we're in Rhode Island.

Excellent service. Slightly expensive. Used their services for 2 separate repairs on 2 different occasions..desktop and chrome book. Recommended.

Customer service was short and dismissive and to top it off literally everything they said about my custom build was wrong like everything. I paid 30 bucks for nothing and went home watched a few more you tube videos and did it myself. Not going back.

Will take your parts and replace them with inferior quality as a means of diagnosing an issue. Really insulting how they take advantage of people's ignorance with computers.

DO NOT GO!! Brought a computer there for a simple diagnostic. It was returned in terrible condition with the rubber foot popped out. I paid for the diagnostic, asked them to fix the foot- it was going to be more time then I had so I had to leave it with them again. Upon picking it up I could see that they treated the computer with RUBBER CEMENT and gotten it ALL OVER the back of the computer. I was then told by a Tony Soprano wanna be that it was going to be an additional 30.00dollars . Only after I fished the old receipt out of my car did they give me back my DAMAGED FOR LIFE computer. Go anywhere but here!! Best Buy is down the road !!

I did not think I would ever need to fix my new pc I had JUST bought, but it started crashing randomly a week after I got it. After tinkering around for a while on my own, I came to the conclusion that my hard drive was the issue and came to the first place I found. The service was incredible. All of my files were backed up, and I came back as quickly as I left. Great price, service, everything. Highly recommend.

They used to fill up empty cartridges from printers but don't anymore. I texted them and two days later still got no answer and so I called and guy was pretty rude.
