“I applied for a HELOC loan from Citizen's online. The process went smoothly and fast. The 2 representatives I dealt with were great. Once approved, I scheduled the closing at the Citizen's branch in Wilde's Corner (Warwick). Evan Melo conducted the closing and I can't say enough about his knowledge or professionalism. The online. I have had dozen's of mortgages and loans in the past 40 years and Citizen's Bank is amongst the best.”
“I want so say a huge thank you to the very nice people at this branch. First off they are the only ones that answered the phone. I called both branches on West Shore Road and neither answered their phones. I had a small tote full of wrapped pennies and they said as long as they're wrapped we will take them. First person to great me was Rob, didn't catch the names of the other men but they are all so nice. I shopped while they did their thing. A lady handed me my money and it was all great!
