Everyone at this Warwick location is very friendly and nice. They keep the environment, pleasant and comfortable. Each therapist that has worked with me has been fully engaged and intentional of the work they do. They always want to know how I felt after my last session.Hats off to Brad who has worked with me since my surgery, and just knows the level of exercises that are appropriate at every session. Cedric, keep that distinctive smile. Thanks everyone for youroutstanding work.

I have been a patient for a few months. I see weekly progress with treatment by Brett. Her assistants, both Meg and Candice, are attentive and monitoring my progress each time I am treated. Rob is also very accommodating with scheduling. A great Pappas center

This place is an amazing and professional facility. Each and every one of the therapists are very friendly, knowledgeable, and most of all supportive and professional. When I first started my therapy session I had Bret and she welcomed me with warmth and assurance that I will pull through and feel much better afterwards. She was not wrong at all! Then I had Cedric who is very kind and helpful as well! Then I had my long term therapist Brad who was very supportive, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout my sessions. I learned something very important and valuable from him and that is by stretching and exercising, you will feel much better and less pain. I I couldn’t thank him enough for all the support. From how I felt when I first started to how I feel now is definitely a game changer and an amazing accomplishment! Believe me you will not regret coming to this place, because it will make you feel like home and not just a therapy session.Last but not least I can’t forget to mention Candice and Megan. These ladies are so very welcoming, funny, and helpful. Always willing to go over and beyond to be help and support you in anything. In conclusion, the fact that they even took into consideration my idea for a Halloween theme and put it into reality is phenomenal and shows you how real and genuine they all are!Enjoy this picture I took of them with their amazing costumes!! Great teamwork and partnership you guys have! I will always keep in mind the hard work and good times I had there.

The care received at the Warwick office of Pappas OPT is outstanding. The staff is always welcoming and professional. The physical therapists provide excellent treatment with the support from assistants.. I highly recommend choosing them and am glad that I did call them.

My husband and I have both been coming to Pappas OPT throughout the years and cannot say enough about the staff. Liz C has helped me through two broken elbows and has gotten me back to being as active as before the accidents/surgeries! Everyone I have met in the different offices have been kind and knowledgeable. There is a reason why I tell anyone who needs PT or OT to head to Pappas… especially Liz C as an OT!

My two therapists, Brett and Cedric, at Pappas PT in Warwick, were beneficial in relieving my lower back pain. They listened to my needs and were personable and professional. They chose exercises that were effective and appropriate. Culan, their assistant, was attentive, courteous and helpful. The scheduling staff was friendly and flexible - even the few times when I needed to change dates. I highly recommend Pappas for your physical therapy needs.

I started therapy over a month ago, in the few visits I’ve had I saw sue and one time I saw a gentleman. Each visit with sue was very pleasant, because I felt comfortable and not tense my body was able to have a better response to manipulation/therapy Sue performed. She is so knowledgeable, understands the body’s mobility, it’s like my body and her hands were communicating as a result my mobility was increasing and the pain subsided tremendously as therapy went on. Sue showed great care along with a genuine interest ti improve my mobility leading to so much better quality of life. I was interested in the history of papas physical therapy and sue knew all about it and I was impressed with the success of helping so many people doing physical therapy. I was in awww with the doctor where the practice started with and how the practice had expanded. The one time I saw the gentleman the therapy he performed was very dry, I felt he wasn’t genuine about performing therapy. He was very engaged in conversation with other therapist and spoke to me only when giving me instructions for exercises.I wasn’t able ti make a couple appointments well few, no call no show. When I called to reschedule I was told by the receptionist Chrystal that she was told I wasn’t allowed to schedule anymore appointments that I would have to call daily and ask if there was an opening for that day. I totally understood the reason for this, I took up time of Sue’s and most importantly other clients opportunity to have therapy during the appointments I no call no show that I scheduled. The next day I called as soon as opened, my body ached and I noticed a decrease in mobility which I imagine was from the gap in therapy which is all my fault. I was hoping for an opening, there was! I was able to see sue. I then called everyday as soon as opened for a more than two weeks, the first week Chrystal answered the phone, I was told by her each time there wasn’t any openings. Before the call ended I day as always thank you and have a nice day or take care, her response was bye followed by her ending the call before I even said bye or hung up. The second week of me calling daily my call wasn’t answered and I left a voicemail each time and I was returned a call two times out of the 5 messages by Chrystal resulting in same as recent calls with her, no appointments and hung up on.I wanted to feel better and start therapy again so I then asked Chrystal if I would be able to call other locations for openings, she said I guess. I asked for the phone numbers if the other locations, as she told them to me I was under the impression she wasn’t having a good day due to the sighs and impatience when I had a hard time writing the information she was giving to me so quickly. After the call I was so discouraged to reach out to other locations. I didn’t!Well here it is a couple months later and I decided to give it one more chance ti schedule an appointment t for therapy. I was so soar and achy and my body was so lopsided as one side was compensating for the other side. The call was answered by another location and I was able ti schedule an appointment. I made sure I was there and in time. I was told I had to reschedule because of the gap in treatment it had to be with a licensed pt for evaluation. I just left the office ( I saw Kelsey. She was great, and had accurate answers to not only my questions but to the many questions the assistant near us had due to her uncertainty to accurate answers to the questions her client had as well as other uncertainty with performed therapy she was performing. The same assistant of so much uncertainty is pregnant, she expressed verbally the perfume I had on she did not like “it wasn’t to her liking” and was giving her a headache, she said these comments in replying to a comment from another pt it smelled like fruit loops, she expressed this During my evaluation as my back was facing the area she was in. When I arrived in time I walked to the receptionist to check in with Chrystal. She replied “I got you”

I received PT from Pappas for hip and knee pain. I cannot say enough about everyone there. From the receptionist to all the PT’s that worked with me, everyone is incredibly nice and very good at what they do. I was able to achieve excellent results in a short period of time. I would highly recommend this practice!

Everyone here is extremely nice. Mike exceptional at his job. He always makes me feel comfortable while I am there and always listens to my complaints with care and concern. I will always go back to Papas in Warwick if I need physical therapy. I will recommend Papas to everyone I know. I’d give them a 10 star if I could.
