Nobody likes having to tow your car unexpectedly... What do you do? Who do you call? What's it going to cost? ... Call this place! Tow was there in 10 minutes. Service was on point from the call to the driver. The tow was cheaper than going thru my insurance for help (Progressive Ins). Well done, thank you!

Zero! The girl is a rude, nasty, obviously has no intelligence about the law. They have zero paperwork on my son’s car , never sent a certified notice to the address of owner notifying him they had the car. The car was vandalized (broken out windows) from what she stated. They are under investigation by the PUC. ( Fraud/no attempt to follow the rules/ illegally selling a vehicle) It is theft under law. They know what they did and will not call us back or provide any proof of paperwork. DO NOT LET THEM SCARE YOU! Call THE POLICE!The girl will lie but the law is the law.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were suppose to ow my car they showed up couldn't figure out how to tow the car and left never communicated. I called the repair shop and they said the car never showed up. Totally incompetent. The service women who called was rude Do yourself a favor and call AAA and skip this trash of a business.Service: Car towing

Would not recommend. Wish I could give zero stars. Refused to let my son get his belongings out of his car after an accident until the insurance adjuster came. The woman at the desk (who was extremely rude and unprofessional) said she needed proof we had insurance before we could touch the car. The car had full insurance and I offered to show her our policy but she refused. My son needed his chrome book for school work so it was pretty urgent. He went back 2 days later to clean out his car after the adjuster came and his chrome book was missing. Never again.Service: Car towing

I got into a car accident and my car was towed there. I went there one day and got someone on the phone but the actual shop was closed. I was a bit confused there. I wanted to get my stuff but they said that would trip the cameras and security. OK. That's fair.A few days later I talk to them about the accident and how the other insurance company sent me a letter saying they will not pay for any tow/storage. They became adamant to fight for me if necessary if the other driver was at fault. That was appreciated.My biggest issue and the reason for the sub par rating is when my vehicle was being towed, it was missing a lugnut. I wondered if it was from the accident but the impact was on the other side of the car. I had my tires changed a year ago so I doubt it was like that. I let them know to keep an eye out because I had missing parts from my car. Later on that day I found some pictures from when it first arrived at p&p and it had all the lug nuts. It's only a lug nut but it makes me wonder if anything has been taken from any other vehicles, if it's them, or if it's someone else and they didn't check the cameras they mentioned they had before.

I just picked my car up from the lot and my cup holder that I keep my change in is empty( $10 more or less), and I can tell someone was in the trunk because my work clothes and other things were out of order. It was as if someone broke in and was looking for something valuable.

Worst experience ever. Never showed up at my house, said they called but didnt. Then had the balls to tell my provider they wanted more money to return, when they never showed up to begin with. Quality human beings.

I also wish I could give 0 stars. They towed me from where I live, and my parking pass was right on my dashboard. Terrible customer service, and they’re terrible at their job. If they looked through my window they would’ve seen the pass.

Fast, effective, and friendly service! Some of these reviews people don’t understand there are things that happen on the road that are outside the companies fault! What a shame when people bash a company for doing their jobs ??♂️
