I don't even know where to begin with this place. Receptionist was rude, gave out inaccurate information, inconsiderate and straight cruel. If you can, go elsewhere.

i called trying to schedule and spoke with Amy, she was very unfriendly and rude, i was asking simple questions and asked amy to relay some information and she tried to argue me off the phone! not acceptable behavior from someone working in an office thats supposed to be caring for people

Wow, was here 4 years ago and had to get another MRI recently. The one 4 years ago was with Marie and 1.5 long, but this time I had Marie and it was under 30 minutes very quick. She was still so very kind and accommodating. She made sure to keep me relaxed and calm. I really enjoy this place.

the worst place in the entire world the lady that works on the phone is miserable and hates her life she wouldn't do her job and answer my questions its been 5 months horrible place bad customer service if you cant work in the medical feild and have a heart than quit your dam iob sis! ppl are sick and in pain do your job or get out and let soeone else get the bag and do it for you the right way have some empathy disgusting I would give it a zero but that's not loss so I give it a one

Was sent to Warwick Office by my doctor. From the beginning to the end the customer service was horrible. Front desk person and male technician did the minimum to greet and accommodate the patient. Needless to say they called me days later to have me return for another imaging session - 20 of my 25 minute session images were blurry! Will not return to their Warwick facility!

I would like to provide feedback on two MRI's which my mother underwent today, Feb 24 2023. The staff were prompt and the process started on time. There were two technicians, one was Bud and I don't recall the name of the second, a woman. My mother has a serious Kyphotic condition of the neck and back and we weren't sure if the MRI could be done. In addition to being familiar with her condition, he was very helpful in positioning her on the table. He and his assistant went to great lengths to ensure that she was comfortable and positioned to be moved into the MRI. Throughout the process he checked on her, assisting her as needed and confirming that she was able to continue. In addition to being professional, my mother also said the he was very positive and supportive. Both MRIs completed successfully and my mother's experience was very positive. Thanks to Bud, his assistant and all the staff at Open MRI in Warwick!

Front desk lady was very rude and raised her voice at my grandfather when he didn’t hear her properly bc she was looking down talking low. Very rude service.

Providence Location gets One star for the nice reception area, not the staff! I was scheduled for 8:15 am , guess what?, they don't open till 8:30!!! I arrived at 8:10 to find the doors locked and lights off. A repair man was also waiting at the door whom was told someone would be their to let him in at 7:30, but nope. A man with keys to the door arrived at 8:25 to open the doors. Still no staff till past 8:30am.When the receptionist came in she ignored me, got settled in to her desk, chatted with the man with the keys and then finally asked me if I was all set. I told her I was told to get here at 8:15 am and she looked at me as if I had two heads, handed me paperwork to sign and then said I am all set to sit down, and wait!!! The technician had still not arrived but she did not bother to tell me that. When she does arrive the tech decides to chat about why she was late with the "friendly" receptionist, further keeping me waiting. Finally I am escorted to the MRI area. My time is just as valuable as theirs is. It truly angered me that I was easily dismissed by these non-professionals and treated so poorly with out even so much as an "I'm sorry for the wait". NEVER AGAIN! I will be telling my Dr that refereed me to them how poorly they conduct business.

This is a review of the customer service and covid protocols. I cancelled my appointment after learning about the lack of covid precautions. Although they say they do what is "legally required" doing the bare minimum is not what I am looking for in a procedure that takes 90 minutes in a tube that someone else was just breathing in for 90 minutes. They do not have any kind of air filter - their sole measure is wiping it down between people. They let everyone go unmasked in the MRI machine because the "head of the center" said it is "illegal" to ask for vaccination status - false. So to sum, this indoor business where people spend time in a small confined area, to prevent an airborn virus that lives in the air for hours, is to wipe down the tube. No masks, no air movement. NOTHING. There are probably other things they could have done to keep my business - maybe offer me the first appointment - but they seemed too busy trying to gaslight me not wanting covid.

If you have a choice of where to have your MRI done, go here!!!! This facility is amazing. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They explain the entire process to you so you feel super comfortable. Im so grateful to have gone here for my MRI after having a bad experience with the first one. Thank you guys!!
