Went to the Warwick Mall for back to school shopping and Off Broadway Shoes had the best deals. BOGO on shoes, Clearance an extra 20% off and even backpacks and socks were on sale. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. I can always find the sizes I need for my kids. Thank you Kaylyn and Kara for ordering my shoes and them being here in time for school to start! They both were super nice. Will definitely be back to see them for future help!

I’ve happily shopped at the Providence location for years. Staff have always been helpful, and pleasant! They did not have a size available there, so I ordered it for pick up at the Warwick location. I was greeted with an unwelcome demeanor. Kara appeared almost like she was already having a bad day, and seemed less enthused to approach me at the registers. I understand those days, so I pushed it aside empathetically. I explained, I am there for a pick up order, and only have an order number. I did call in first to make sure it was ready to be picked up. Kara asked if I received an email for the barcode, I was trying to explain that I didn’t receive an email but rudely interrupted so she can assert that the email would indicate if my order was ready. I explained, that I was trying to explain to her that I never received an email, however have my order number and used the website to enter those details along with my email address to show my order was “ready for pick up”. In addition, I called in advance. She entered my name and details, and as she was saying have a good day, shoves the bag at me, displeased and looks away. I am appalled at how I was treated. If she was having a bad day already, this should not extend to customers. I was being patient, and constantly met with her frustration. If a customer doesn’t have their email, but can support other identification willingly, staff should be trained to seek alternatives without frustration. I’m sure they will survive without my future purchases there, as I’m only 1 customer, but I’m definitely not returning. I drove 30 min for this product as a hunt and was happy that the Providence location offered alternatives to find it. I’ll continue to happily shop at the Providence Mall. Thanks for listening!

Selection is super. Prices are reasonable. Tons of Crocs, too. If your size isn't available, they'll ship it to your house for free! Visited during a BOGO sale, but Nike and Crocs not included.

Went to this store for the first time ever in my life and I will never be back. When I walked in, 3 or 4 young employees were huddled around the front desk talking amongst themselves. One may have said hello. I was seeking women’s casual shoes. I walked the entire women’s department before seeing the “Casual Shoes” marker hidden in the corner. During my entire visit of about 10 minutes, not one of those employees made any effort to ask if I needed any help or assistance. So…no sale. It’s a shame the work ethic of the younger generation….to think they get paid to stand there and do nothing.

I have been to this shoe store many times and I like that they are part of the Rack Room Shoes company, so my rewards work here as well.They have a large footprint at this store and their selection of men's and women's shoes is really good. I was also surprised to see hats and other accessories for sale, which is good if you are looking for fun gifts for people you love.Rack Room Shoes has been around for 100 years so they know what people want and they deliver with great specials and offers like percent off coupons and BOGO deals.

I had an amazing experience at the store this past weekend while holiday shopping! The staff was attentive and friendly plus the store had so many different shoes to choose from. Also, I noticed that all of the employees were wearing masks and keeping up with cleaning. I felt so comfortable while shopping- I highly recommend checking out Off Broadway if you have not been in a while.

Had the exact Nike shoes I wanted, in my size! Customer service was great, and they even gave me a coupon for next time. 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience, nice shoes however, one of the insoles in my Sperry's instantly went flat while the other one remains nice and cushioned, it really bother's me... I wish they both flattened out or even better both stayed cushioned, the reef sandals are great, but I don't understand what's up with the Sperry's, I used to love that brand and still do but this issue consistently irks me I'm always standing on the cushioned one and it never gets flat... Why did the other one almost instantly flatten?
