Best car wash I've ever been to! Quick and easy, lots of options to choose from when selecting a wash, they wash your car down before you even enter the wash! The vacuums work great and they leave out cleaning supplies to use for free! Make sure to leave them a tip because these workers deserve it!

Went to Ocean State for the first time today and was very impressed. A bargain for the $14.00 I paid! My car is gun metal gray metalic and it sparkles like a diamond. Will definitely be returning!

I literally wash my car here three times a week, the people that own this place are always a joy to talk to and any time there’s an issue it’s ALWAYS corrected, they care about their customers and their customers cars here and it’s what brings me back each time. Their monthly plan is amazing too!

I have been using this car wash on a regular basis since it opened. Had an incident recently, some debris in the roller caused the wash to malfunction. Francisco was quick to go above and beyond to make things right.This place is the highest quality, and most reasonably priced drive-through car wash in the area.

Really disappointed about my experience. Yesterday evening, I stopped by at this car wash and bought an unlimited plan. Never received a barcode or code for my membership But luckily, I printed out the receipt for proof. Waited in the line for a good 10/15 minutes with at least six or seven other cars in the line as well Just to figure out That it seemed like the car wash was broken. Didn’t see any employee around, Nor was the car wash entrance blocked off from more cars Buying washes, or anybody Communicating with customers that the car wash was down. I left and Today, I called the car wash before coming back to see if it Was running again, with no answer on the phone. I showed up anyways But wasn’t able to get through since I didn’t have that barcode or code for my membership. There was no one around to help, Nor was there a button for assistance, left me no choice but to leave again so I called them a few more times with no response and had to leave a message. after reading reviews about no one answering the phone or being able to cancel their memberships And continuously getting charged after trying to cancel I hope this doesn’t happen to me and hopefully this review helps someone else avoid this poor customer service.
