Bella and Kris K along with the front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, this is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. No hot water to shower with and the bathroom sink is the size of a shoe box so there's no way two people can get ready at the same time. The building is a remodeled riverside factory. They tried for chique and contemporary but landed on cheap and dumpy.
Rooms: Bathrooms too small for two people.

The atmosphere and look of the room was great! The people working here are very polite. We are here for work. We booked our room for 21 days, but because of these things we are choosing to find a new hotel at the end of the week. (Have to wait until the end of the week because of work) There is no fridge (they brought one to us) or microwave which tends to be needed so that we can make lunches as well as medications that need to be refrigerated. The restaurant/bar is not open until next week. The “rain” shower head didn’t work at all. The shower is not safe; I fell in the shower because it was so slippery. The tv did not allow us to switch sources so that we could hook up our Roku device.

The hotel can’t control the surrounding area, but Honda owners beware - all four wheels and tires from my Honda CR-V were stolen off my car overnight in the hotel lot (which requires a hotel parking pass). Hotel staff was accommodating letting us leave our bags with them at the front desk while we took the day to sort getting our vehicle squared away, and they worked with law enforcement to provide any camera footage they may have.
Hotel is fine for a quick stay, but any longer I would want some additional amenities included for the price like continental breakfast and a mini fridge in the room.

Rooms are very dark, and the bathroom is small with very little counter space. AC never got the room cool.
Pros: Beds are conformable, and shower is nice. The outdoor sitting area has a nice view of the river.

Very nice place to stay in Warwick. Rooms were very cool, hotel and restaurant have a nice industrial feel, and the restaurant staff were really friendly and seem to take pride in what they do. I will agree that the sinks are too small...

Amazing from outside, but….rooms are really horrible looking. And we pay extra for the view.

The rustic motif is done with attention to detail. The service was great and all the staff were very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again when I travel to RI.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Only hotel that I’ve been in that has a handheld in the shower… nice touch.
The downside… Seriously…. Put a decent sink in the bathroom! You can’t shave or brush your teeth without getting drippings in the floor!
Rooms: Comfortable Bed
Noteworthy details: Nearby lots of restaurants

Stayed last spring, overall the experience was fine. They leaned heavy in to the industrial decor theme which would have been fine expect there was not enough carpeting on the floors, which were sealed concrete. Bring slippers or good socks if you are prone to cold feet. The extra softness would have gone a long way to making the rooms feel more cozy too, it felt very stark and prison like at times, with the gray floors, walls and industrial lights.
Location could not be beat however, central to everything we needed, a brewery a short walk away, and easy parking.

I recently stayed at Nylo Providence for the third time, and it never fails to impress. The overall design creates an intimate vibe, while the rooms promote a uniquely cozy atmosphere.
The engaged staff excel in customer service, fostering productivity and sparking delightful conversations. Dining here offers intriguing options that piqued my curiosity.
Overall, Nylo Providence is perfect for those who appreciate charm and distinctiveness.
Rooms: Cozy!

Very cool location in the historic Pontiac Mills! The only drawback is they have an antiquated, hot water system, and getting hot shower in the morning is random at best. I’ve stayed here twice in the past couple months and the hot water was not working. Hilton Diamond VIP member

Didn’t care for the fact it was an old building being refurbished… the air was stuffy and even though everything was new in there it didn’t have the feeling of a new building that I normally like. The sidewalk outside is dangerously unleveled my suitcase fell off the sidewalk trying to get my suitcase in there, I almost tripped as well. Also there’s too much construction going on to be letting people stay comfortably , the workers were using the guest carts for their working supplies, so I couldn’t even use one for my luggage upon arrival because of this. Gym was still not available. Also the mosquitos were inside the building when trying to enjoy breakfast in the unfinished restaurant because workers going in and out and didn’t even close the doors… it was unpleasant atmosphere but the food was delicious. False advertisement on 3rd party booking site that says it’s FREE parking and a SHUTTLE available and neither are true, wouldn’t come back.
