Changing banks is always a stressful time. As well as buying a new car. Navigant is awesome. Never said that about a bank before. They are kind and knowledgeable a classy bank. Customer service is like family! Cheers and thanks

I love the Warwick Ave branch! the person are amazing! so friendly and polite. they take the time to walk you through any issues you may have and always with a smile. Whether it's on the phone or in person you get the same awesome service I thought was long gone. I will be banking here for many years to com.

Like this bank slot,friendly workers,helpfully.dont like trying to get someone on the phone it's almost impossible without an extension number for someone.But it is a great Credit Union to bank with!! In all honesty I like them alot,and trust is important these days!!!

If zero was a rating, that's what I would give this lousy bank. I had a checking account at this bank that I hadn't used in awhile. When I tried to set up online banking, I found out the account had been closed. They said when there's no activity for a year, they charge a $5 fee. They did this a couple of times then closed my account. I told them I never received any kind of notice and they said that was impossible, basically calling me a liar. They were unwilling to reverse the charges and give me my money. Since I never received any notification that there were fees or that they were closing my account, what they did was wrong. It's shows horrible customer service and I would advise anyone thinking of putting money in Navigant to go elsewhere.

I called this bank to ask a question and the person who answered the phone kept calling me maria instead of my name Ana Karina. I kindly reminded her that the was not my name she proceed to call me Maria. When I complaint per Sarah she said the calls are not recorded. So they couldn’t do anything about it didn’t even apologize. If you are a minority this is not the bank for you. I will be closing my account.
