Came here a few weeks ago to replace my tires and get an oil change. I'd also been having an issue with my ABS which I was pretty sure I had been able to trace down myself, but I didn't have the tools to fix it. They were able to fix it for less than what another shop quoted me, which didn't even include the $150 that they said I'd have to pay just to diagnose the issue. But in my case, the technician at Monro could clearly see the problem and got it fixed in just a few minutes while my car was already on the lift. I chatted with the manager for a little while and I can tell these are good people running an honest shop. I'll be back!

This is not an honest establishment. They are not even competent enough to install tires. The manager is shyster. I learned my lesson and will not accept your free oil change!

If I could give more stars I would. Fred was extremely helpful and very persistent on finding the parts I needed to get back on the road which by the way only one part in all of New England was available for my ram 3500 and Fred tracked it down and didn’t stop until he had the part to fix my brake caliper and once the part was obtained the staff was very efficient fixing my problem even when other problems arose. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone that is in the area. You will be very well taken care of.

By far the best service I’ve ever received! I had a rental car with a flat tire with no replacements in the entirety of Rhode Island leaving me to one option- get the tire fixed. Fred took the car in, and although didn’t have a tire onsite found a store down the street that did- he called them ahead to double check and the rep at the other store was completely incompetent so my man Fred sent someone over to the store, got the tire from them, and put it on himself!
This shop went so far above and beyond expectations and I’m so grateful for all of the team there!
Always trust Fred!??

Huge thank you to Fred at Monro!! I live in CT but was working a job in RI. On my way home my flex coupler just broke off, had to stay the night. Luckily the damage wasn’t catastrophic.
Called Fred up, he took me in immediately & I was able to get back home before lunch.
Price for the repair was very fair & reasonable. He gave me options for repairs I could do & provided the best one for me.
Can’t thank Fred enough for his generosity, eagerness, professionalism & skills to get me home. Great work here!
